Looking for an honest mechanic? I have found them!! As a woman owning a sports car countless times when I take my Corvette to a shop I get the upsell. I can’t even go to an oil change place without the “Ma’am you need a _________ and a _______” always something I don’t really need. Now I only go to Lonnie and his team at MasterTech. Straight forward pricing, exceptional service and really nice guys! Lonnie came in on a Saturday so I could pick up my car on my day off. Highly recommend!

This shop just earned themselves a new customer and that is ME. I had a service now message appear on my Ford Escape and took it to Town East Ford. They were worse than unhelpful. Not only did the service advisor and the technician say they couldn’t pull any codes and had never see the message before but one of the service advisor’s suggestions was to trade it in on a new vehicle. ?? no joke.I took it to Mastertech and they diagnosed it in a day, contacted Carshield about my warranty and got the repair approval and it was fixed ready to pick up the following day at noon! All I paid was my deductible for the repair. I’m so happy to find a great repair shop and I will never go to the dealership again

I took my car to Kwik Car on Oates and Galloway to get my oil changed sometime back. I have used them for years.. They told me my 2008 Toyota Rav4 needed the transmission fluid changed out, so I let them do it, even though my car had only about 55,000 miles on it. In days I started seeing a leak of the fluid. My grandson Cameron told me not to take it back there, but where he sent me sometimes back that Dallas Car Care told me I needed rocker arms replaced for $500. I had taken it to MasterTech and the owner Lonny drove my car and said I did not need them. He said put some premium gas in your car every so often, and that solved the issue. I was thankful for this honest owner. They fixed the leak of the transmission fluid and told me if I noticed anymore leaking to bring it back to them. I did and they rechecked everything. I am thankful for a good honest atuo repair place. So many places will rip off elderly women especially. The employees were so professional and kind. I have before recommended MasterTech on Facebook The Real Mesquite and This Is Mesquite when people asking about a good mechanic place. MasterTech is the best. The owner has opened another shop just for Desiel vehicles also. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR CAR REPAIRS!
