The staff at the MAC cosmetics store in Dillards in the Town East Mall today was very unprofessional. One of the girls agreed to try a foundation on me and asked me to wait while she cleaned up. I waited and waited and when I asked one of them what’s the hold up, she stated that they stop doing make up try out at 5pm. The staff who asked me to wait quickly added that she was new and didn’t know. They all joined and whispered to each other like kids. Little did they know that I saw them and still wanted to buy a product that I came for. I expressed to them how unprofessional they were. All they needed was to tell me if they didn’t want to try out the foundation/do the make up. May be they thought I wasn’t buying anything. I went ahead and bought the prep+prime Matt spray that I came for and walked away.
