We ordered a stove online and scheduled delivery 3 weeks later because of our schedule. It was scheduled for a 1-5 delivery time. I received a confirmation email with the 1-5 delivery time. The day of delivery I got a call from the delivery driver at 1015 stating they were on their way. I explained to the driver we were not at home and wouldn’t be at home till 1230. He said they would make other deliveries and circle back. Later I received a vm from customer service stating the driver was finished with his deliveries and he would be there at 12 and could wait only 15 minutes. Then I received another call from the driver and he said he was on his way and it was 11:15. My husband called customer service back and said they did not have a record of the 1-5 delivery time. We service at our church and wouldn’t be home till 1230 and would have never selected 12-4. We canceled the order completely. I know our little ole stove doesn’t make a big difference but we have waited 3 weeks because the option we needed was 1-5 delivery time. I have an email stating the time we selected. Very frustrating.

Had an in store purchase after driving 70 miles. Bought four major appliances. They told me to come back in one week to pick it up as it was not in stock. Drove back a week later to pick up purchase but it still wasn’t in.On duty manager agreed to deliver items in three days but again no call/no show. Spoke to another manager on duty who assured me everything was in except the stove and would be delivered Jan 18. Once again no call/no show. Called agin and was told items were not in still. I’m cancelling my 5,000.00 order and going with someone else. Very poor customer service. Can’t believe a word they tell you!

Great oil filled radiators are sold here for 54 bucks which wasn't too bad. We lost heat for a bit and it managed to keep my 500 square ft. downstairs at 63 degrees. Upstairs still felt like 68 or 70 since the heat would rise. Not bad for a night without a heater.

Zero stars. They werent staffed properly and took more than a day to fulfill my online order when everything was in stock. Then went to pick up curbside and took an over an hour to have our items brought out to us.

Will never do bussiness with them again! Have been without a kitchen for over a month now all because Lowe's failed to have someone come out and do an inspection of the products delivered before tearing out my entire kitchen! I was told of the process when signing the contract that someone would deliver the cabinets, someone would come inspect them to make sure there aren't any damaged peices and that everything is there, then someone would come out to install them, then someone would come to measure for the counteracts, and lastly someone would come to install the counter tops. Well, the cabinets arrived. I got a call to inform that the installers would be at my house to install in the next few days. I asked if an inspection was going to take place, the male over the phone said he was able to tell through the computer that everything was delivered. I gave my trust since Lowe's is such a big company and allowed the installers to come. Installers arrived and tore out everything in my kitchen to find out that there were damaged and missing peices. It has now been over a month and I am currently waiting for someone to come out and inspect the shipment of the peices ordered that were previously found to be missing and damaged. This is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had. Here I thought going with a big named company, I wouldn't run in to these conveniences. I was WRONG! If you plan to contract Lowe's to do any home renovations, THINK AGAIN!!!Been 2 years and still waiting for them to make it right

This store is inept, I have 45 minutes and still no one has come to cut a piece of glass and there have been 2 people that I ask them and they stop and I open with the wall very bad wait I do not recommend it at all very incompetent people
