I’m a Pro customer at Lowe’s. My home store is Rockwall which is amazing.
Visited the mesquite store three times yesterday and every time I the service got worse.
“Janet” from the pro department was extremely rude, her excuse was that they had been working long hours.
After I asked for a manager and waited 15 minutes for the manager Alex to attend me, Janet and another employee started talking nonsense about me while I was standing 4 feet away.
I confronted them and told them I was standing right there and they were being extremely unprofessional, the male employee talked smack back to me and they carried on with their nonsense.
The manager finally assisted with the issue but only after 30 minutes into the billing issue getting resolved did he apologize by saying he will talk to both of them.
He was standing there while this took place and nothing was done.
I his Pro department needs much attention from corporate and the service from the employees is poor and unacceptable.

Thank you for finally proving to me that I should never spend another dollar there. I tried to return an item without a receipt and they told me to kick rocks. Home Depot always takes care of me. See you never Lowe’s.
