Zero stars. They werent staffed properly and took more than a day to fulfill my online order when everything was in stock. Then went to pick up curbside and took an over an hour to have our items brought out to us.

This Lowes garden center is the best in the area, for sure! Better upkeep, and always a nice selection and cheaper than most nurseries.

Horrible customer service, stay on the phone for five minutes waiting for someone to pick up, after they picked up young lady kept working on other returns about two minutes, she say hello, asked me two questions then placed me on hold ( she really just put the phone down, I can hear her helping Cito's Mets and talking to other associates) the second time I called they just answered the phone and hung right back up. Do better Lowe's!

This Lowe's is 9 minutes from my home, so I have been here countless times over the last 5+ years. It's not a perfect store and doesn't employ perfect people, but by and large it is a good place to shop-clean, well-organized, good inventory. It certainly deserves better reviews than most folks are offering!

My spouse and I went to get a few things and spotted some potting soil at the front entrance. The large pricing sign said $1.19 but it didn't have the decimal as it was slide in numbers. So we grabbed 2 bags. We weren't looking at anything else other then the price signage. They're the experts & maintain it.We got everything we needed & got to the register to ring out. The soil bags rung up $11.98. We wanted to verify that and said the price on the signage said $1.19. I went to get a pic and show the cashier. The cashier and now a manager pointed out the price actually was $11.98 on the small sticker in my photo. We said we didn't want to pay that ridiculous price and put the item on the floor. The cashier and manager were both very rude and disrespectful which made me and my spouse upset. They said checking the signage Is not their responsibility. And they arrogantly said the signage didn't indicate a sale as if we're supposed to know their store operations.Again, we were surprised at how rude, sarcastic, disrespectful, dismissive, & not taking any responsibility. They had no customer service training at all. God help anyone that has any issues at this store! Rude front end staff.

Order $2000 of items for my remodel. Said they would be ready next day by noon. No call so I called them. Then after 20 minutes on hold I got hung up on by an associate. I drive to the store. I was told everything will be ready by 2:30 pm . My guys show up at 3 pm and nothing is ready. Now it's 5 pm and they are nearly starting the loading. Thank you for being disorganized

We purchased a new refrigerator and stove top two weeks ago and scheduled delivery today. We received no confirmation and canceled all plans sitting and waiting all day with our stove disconnected. We called around noon and found out it is coming from the Forney store. It is now 8pm and no word we will be canceling our order and proceeding with purchasing the same equipment fro NFM since Lowes will not honor an agreement

DO NOT purchase anything that requires an installation from Lowe's Home Improvement Lowe's Home ImprovementOnce they sell the product, you're in the hands of third-party idiots! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! I've been having the worst experience since December 2022. Long story short as of today, I have a half installed patio door. Still waiting for Dan and Zach the assistant managers to call me back. There is no way of contacting the store Director/manager. All you are left with is a "customer care center" who sets up a case number for you and HOPE someone call u back in 48hrs smh! Horrible experience! No lie! "Get somebody else to do it"

I’m not sure what roles and responsibilities are at the garden center but would like to know what they are. I had to load 20 bags of mulch and soil after I asked for some assistance. Very disappointing knowing they have capable bodies to help and avoid a customer getting injured.

Sorry, I like shopping at lowes, the employees are very helpful and friendly, if the employees don't know what your looking for or can't explain what you want, they will find someone who will,Bad part is shopping carts on parking lot, is BAD.
