Do not use this facility!! It has been overrun with a rat infestation and personal property and highly sentimental items have been destroyed. Management has been notified multiple times of the issue and has not done ANYTHING to resolve or prevent future occurrences. These are metal structures and as such can only be accessed from a hole or separation in the foundation of the building. Anyone who has had a similar issue here is encouraged to call the city ordinance inspector in Mesquite and file a complaint. The more they get, the better the chances will be of an investigation and surprise inspection of their units and overall condition. Please do not throw away your money and precious items by being lulled into paying less for storage that others may be charging because at the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

I would be willing to bet there are very few security issues here. I have had none. The manager greets me if I show up in a different vehicle than is recognized. She has gone out of her way to help me with storage issues. It is always clean area in the storage area. I have been a customer for several years & plan to continue doing business here.

The lady that answered the phone was very rude. GET YOU SOME TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE LADY! And I suggest if you are closed do not answer the freaking phone!
