Saw us very quickly and told us everything they were going to do up front along with the cost. Very good experience for our pet that was in need.

$2,433 to suture a neck laceration. These people are savages and the vet has no sympathy

I have never left a vet's office feeling so hopeless.
My kitten was throwing up and I just wanted to take her in to get checked out. Upon arrival, the front desk lady took me into a small room and handed me a clipboard. I waited for like 40 minutes in that room with no one coming to check in on my kitten. Later some lady with very dry chapped lips came in to i guess assess my kitten and ask me a bunch of questions. She didn't seem to give a damn, she followed her examination by telling me that my cat would need an x-ray and that it would start off at $400 dollars ( a small LESS THAN 10 POUND kitten ) plus additional amounts depending on what the vet orders. I was appalled. I get this being a business but the prices are ridiculous. I wish I could give them a negative rating. She noticed my concerns about the vet bill and her solution was for me to apply for a care credit card and gave me a pamphlet for another location to visit. I wish they would've told me all this information from the start. Why waste my time and I had to be late to work from waiting on literally NOTHING. Terrible service and greedy owners.

I highly recommend this emergency vet clinic if you are in the Mesquite area! The staff was amazing from the receptionist to the Doc. Pricing was more than fair for an emergency visit especially if you include getting seen immediately. The staff was able to answer all of my questions and sent us off with plenty of information to avoid future emergencies. Most importantly for me, the doc was honest and genuine. It was easy to tell they were not in it for the money and genuinely loved helping animals! Thank you for taking care of Kona!

My 3.5 lb. dog ate an entire chocolate lava cake.. you can imagine how that went. It did cost an arm and a leg but that's the nature of emergency care and they saved her life, so it's worth it. :) Thank you guys

They were able to help my pup in a time of need so I give 3 stars. I do feel like it’s more about the money than the treatment at the 2 centers I visited. I don’t like that they take your pet so you’re not there for any treatment, or the exam. It cost $1,800 for exam, blood work, steroid shot, and an x-ray. We have had this done before for a lot less.
We were given anti-inflammatory and they told us to bring him back 3 days later to another clinic. The vet we saw wasn’t qualified for our pups treatment. We took him back to see the neurologist and that was $375 for a 10 minute conversation. They said they couldn’t really do any tests because of the steroid they put him on. This made no sense as I brought him for the test. Why would they give medication, send us for another exam, knowing they wouldn’t be able to do it?
Since the meds helped, they said we would have to return a 3rd time if he has a flare. I’m not sure the point of the last visit except to add to the bill. They gave us a quote that the return visit is $4,500 - $5,500 for an MRI as they think my pup has a pinched nerve. I know the ER visit can be costly but this was too much for what they did. The second visit want an ER and still was ridiculous.
After going for 2 visits, there was no follow-up from either location. No call to e see how he was doing.

Extremely high I feel like the pricing that they wanted to charge me. It was ridiculous for an overnight stay they wanted $3100 and didn’t even know what was wrong with my dog and that was just to put her on fluids no anabiotic’s or anything to watch her took her to my own bed and it didn’t even cost me 250 bucks

I brought my 2 dogs to the dog park and my Australian Shepherd got bitten by the pitbull. With the help of my friend Fernanda, we brought Ozzy to this place Blue Pearl Pet Hospital. The staffs are so kind and very compassionate. They brought Ozzy in the ICU to get treated. The nurse and the vet doctor explained very well the treatment, medication side effects and abnormal signs and symptoms if further medical attention is needed. Furthermore, I am glad my dog is recovering fast. Thank you for all you do.

We brought our dog in at 2:00am as he had been throwing up and didn’t look well. Debra Charles was the vet assigned to us and was absolutely unprofessional. First she pops her head out and says let’s do a xray first instead of blood work. I say okay then she comes out and just states that our dog is so fat it’s hard to get a good image. She then proceeds to show us the X-rays pointing out different vital organs but not stating anything about my dog. She even went and got a book to show us how x rays should look… I did not come in for an education course I came in to get my sick dog help. Then she does blood work and it’s the same thing it’s like I’m sitting in a college lecture. She states all kinds of things that could be wrong but never anything concrete or even what seemed like an educated prognosis. She recommends hospitalization so we say okay. They bring us a quote out for $2800 dollars for 24 hours of care. I say okay when do we pick him up and they tell me 7pm on Sunday and at this point it’s 4am on Sunday. That’s only 13 hours. To be in a field like this and just want straight up screw people is so evil. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever been around from cussing cause she didn’t know her password to pull the x rays up to saying god damn when not being able to operate another screen. I am baffled by the service here. The tech/cashier was sweet but they took $1300 of my money for some X-rays that I don’t think she knew how to read and a sonogram that she stated she couldn’t read. We took our boy to an urgent care in Dallas Sunday and they at least gave fluids under the skin and things to help our boy till our vet was open Monday morning. We ultimately lost our boy Monday morning at 3:00am and I feel like doctor charles incompetence is liable in this scenario. I will never take another animal here in my life. Not to mention I had fleas jumping on me at their place and none of my animals have fleas.
