I highly recommend you make an appointment as this location is busy. The tech Tie was so sweet! I was very nervous and she showed me how the vein bounced back. She talked to me and my fiancé and reassured me that she would get the stick the first time. She took less than 5 minutes for the whole process and made sure I didn't look so I wouldn't be uncomfortable. 10/10 will ask for her anytime I need bloodwork.

Trying to correct a bill and your phone operating systems keep ending the calls before I can talk to a living human. It's extremely poor customer service that make people not want to work with your company.

Ladies in the front are very rude and unprofessional,
When asking questions they answer sarcastically and confused two patients with the same first name and changed the reason for being there and it was a confusion and lady was in denial couldn’t admit and accept she had mistaken them. So rude about it too.

Avoid this Labcorp location. Hours say 8:30am to 12:30pm and then 1:30pm to 4:15pm. I got there and was checked in by 11:30. Waited like 10 minutes and then was told they stop at 11:30 and that I would have to come back at 1:30. Oh great, so now I have to hold it for another 2 hours. If you stop at 11:30 it should be your hours, 8:30 to 11:30 and not 12:30. Your location sucks. No wonder you have 3 stars or less.

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are heard speaking and gossiping loudly about both personal issues and guests that are waiting in the lobby. They allow both walk-ins and appointments, however there is only enough seating for about 8 people. If you bother to ask the staff any questions they are either very short or condescending when giving an answer. I definitely recommend going to another location or business in general.

The nurse closed the door at me with the excuse that they were closing for lunch. I arrived at 12:18 and the sign says they close at 12:30.

Great experience overall. Facility was clean and organized. I arrived 10 minutes early, waited less than 2min to be see . My physician didn't send my lab order in, but because I repeat these quarterly, the front desk rep pulled the last order without issue. The tech drawing the blood was friendly and warm. I was in and out in under 7 minutes.

I’ve been to this location several times to drop off labs. The last two times have been terrible. Staff can be heard in the office gossiping loudly and we’re knocking on the door to drop off the labs, but no one would open the door. After the staff finally decided to open the door, at least 4 women are in the back, but not one of them took a minute to just simply open the door so that the health care professionals could get things done in a timely manner.

Nurses are VERY disorganized. Came in for apt time and nobody was present at desk. 30 mins later someone shows up and tells me they won’t see me 130 (2 hrs after scheduled time). By that time my test barcode had expired and had to get a new one and come back another day.
