Not a fan of having blood drawn. It is usually an unpleasant process for me, due to the fact I am an extremely difficult stick. Norman made this experience less uncomfortable, and I was in and out relatively quickly and pretty much painless! Thank you, kind sir!

Victoria at this location was seriously amazing. I have a big phobia of needles and she was very emphatic and tried to make it as easy of an experience as possible. She had a light hand and I didn’t feel anything.
I’ll definitely be coming to her for any future lab draws.

I would like to thank Victoria. She was great! I have high anxiety when having blood drawn. I am talking about passing out. She was able to draw my blood quickly and painlessly. I usually have my blood drawn with a butterfly needle but she used a regular one. That probably hasn't been done in 25+ years! I truly thank her.
