I had “work” done here years ago. The manager was a guy with a unibrow and black hair. I don’t remember his name, but I remember it being like an Indian name. Not sure if he is still there. If he is, this is a warning that he’s a crook. I came back 3 times in the span of 1 1/2 week for the same issue that was never fixed. On top of that, he had the nerve to say that I was wrong. I was stranded on the side of the road twice. When I showed him the proof of my thermostat rising in temperature. He said, no it doesn’t count because I didn’t let it rise to the max. I’m not knowledgeable in cars, but I wasn’t going to have my car reach the max to find out what was going to happen to it. He believed I was that stupid I guess for him to make that argument in a last attempt to not refund anything back. As I am seeing the 1 star reviews, I could see how he would target women and why he targeted me. That’s when he finally said that he was only going to refund me $100 out of $400 that I paid? They will take your money and as much as they can without fixing your car if they know that they are able to do that with you. Luckily, my bank was able to dispute it. The worst part is that the guy that I am talking about is the manager… he still rolled his eyes at me when he decided to give me $100 refund. Unbelievable. Those people who rated this business 1 star are NOT lying. That is so unfortunate that they continue to steal from others to this day. Their business is highly rated so of course they don’t look suspicious. Worse, I’m sure they have been getting away with who knows how many because this happened to me back in 2019. I reported them with the better business bureau. And I also saw another person on there who also reported them on there. i just want to let people know what happened to me so BEWARE

Stopped by on Memorial Day and Abdul the owner is very knowledgeable and professional. I stopped by in absolute distress from what another oil change place caused- I originally got an oil change in my hometown 2 hrs away and paid $105 for it just for it to leak all out of the vehicle due to them not telling me I needed a new oil pan. LUCKILY I found this location down the street from my hotel and spoke with Abdul and his crew about the issue I was having and I needed to make it back home safe without my engine blowing as well as just being a huge liability itself- super unsafe. They got me back on the road feeling safe to get home and when I left, no oil leak at all. I will be replacing the pan before my next change and going to my dealership for a closer look but I appreciate this location and Abdul wholeheartedly! Definitely recommend. Honest folks right here!

I’ve been coming here for years and unfortunately will never come back. My car had been suffering from issues I wouldn’t think would be related to any oil changes because I go consistently and on time. Only to find out that my oil was so old that it was starting to cause issues with my car. I had gone by twice since I’ve got the car. And have only had the car for about 3 months. This is unfortunate and I recommend you find a more reliable shop, not a shop with a bunch of children probably half -ssing a job and ruining people’s livelihood.

THE OWNER & WORKERS STEAL PARTS! There was one time I left my vehicle for a few days and when I didn’t hear back I stopped by. Tell me why they were STEALING MY CAR BATTERY & switching it for an old one. THE OWNER WAS IN IT & allowed the workers to do it. BEWARE & CHECK ALL YOUR CAR PARTS BEFORE LEAVING YOUR VEHICLE!

Service was speedy… however, they tried to charge me over $100 for my oil change because all they listened to was “diesel.” They need to be more knowledgeable about cars. My VW takes 5w-30… no reason they should have tried to charge me more than standard, besides for an extra liter. They corrected the price and charged me properly after I educated them about what my car needs. Had I not known better, I’m sure I would have gotten ripped off just like many other women do in the car industry. They were very fast and service was done properly. That’s the only reason for 3 stars instead of 1. It’s not my job to educate you.
