First off, they harass you any time you only want an oil change with 5 other things and don’t take no for an answer. Then their business hours say open until 6 but stop taking customers 30 minutes before close. They pride themselves on “quick oil changes” even within 5 minutes but then can’t take you because they close in 30 minutes. There were only 2 cars there being tended to and they had to open lanes for no reason. Never going back.

I went to Nissan because of an issue with delayed acceleration, they tried to get me an entirely new transmission. I said heck no and then took my car here; I'm grateful I did. Johnathan was able to identify the issue in seconds. He was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Thank you!

This isn’t a tire shop but I had a blowout near here and they helped me swap on my spare tire when I didn’t have tools available. Great guys. I’d take my truck here again for sure.

Professional service on a short time of notice. I needed a safety inspection on my classic vehicle. I called and asked if they could accommodate me late in the afternoon. The advisor over the phone instructed me to come on in. As I was waiting on my vehicle customers continue to pour in for service. In my opinion, they handled every customer adequately. Keep up the great service!

I went to get an inspection and they told me my wiper blades needed to be replaced, but the ones in my vehicle wouldn't fit. I got home and was able to put them on myself. When i called to complain the manager didn't care and didn't know who the TSIA is. I will be filing a complaint with the TSIA, the Texas DPS, and the BBB. I feel like they only wanted to sell me $50 wiper blades. I was a customer for over 15 years and will never be returning. I would be wary of using a place that doesn't even know how to put wiper blades on.

Went to get a state inspection told me my tint was too dark I have had the same tint for 4 years and never had that problem one of the staff I didn’t get a name had the nastiest attitude very unprofessional establishment!!!!!
