It's incredibly frustrating to have to worry about expired produce while shopping. Of course I didn’t receive a refund or replacement from the supervisor and employee with using a Krogers Shoppers Card and Debit card. As consumers, we trust that grocery stores will offer fresh and safe food, yet we often find ourselves sorting through wilted greens, fruit fly infested “fresh” produce and grey meat. Not only does this waste our time and money, but it also undermines our confidence in the store's quality standards. It's disappointing to think that after spending our hard-earned money, we still have to scrutinize every item to ensure it hasn't passed its prime. Shopping should be convenient and reliable, not an exercise in quality control. By the way the expired bread is still sitting on the shelf a whole day later after I told them. ? Crazy… Avoid this location like the plague.

I’m so confused a month ago I was in Kroger’s minding my business shopping . A just energy salesman asked me if I wanted to switch electricity company adv him I’m not a homeowner just came to visit my parent live here . He said that’s even better we can set an appt with them to see if they wanna switch electricity. I put my nick name declined putting Ssn since it was just an appointment to see if they wanted to switch no ever called to book the appointment and now I got a message today saying I have to pay $135 when I don’t even live there . I called mother she said she’s has champion electricity she never approved to switch over so what am I’m getting billed for ? And why would y’all switch it over if y’all never even spoke to the actual owner of the house ?

I shop here often for a few years now. I was irritated about the change when everything was moved around, however we are getting adjusted again. The improvement are getting better. Do need more checkers during the evening rush hours or at least have both self checkouts open so we can get out faster.
Update 3/26 - The people chasing you down to solicit is VERY annoying!!!! I've been ordering Walmart home delivery more and more now.

I walked into Kroger at 1919 FaithonnO Lucas on Sunday March 10, 2024..The service desk had the sign that it is closed-- but it was only 7:30 something...I walked over to my left to self check out . Craig said he was closing that side. When I told him I simply needed to get two items and little cash over, he said " Service desk is open...Okay so I went BACK to service desk..Mistake... The customer service Rep Brenda was horrid--in the way of grumbling, complaining , looked at me like "what do you want?", we had an entire conversation with our " eyes".. Her, " what do you want?", My eyes said"it will be ok"... She continued complaining so I began saying ," it'll be alright ".."Are you off soon?"..Grumpy scowled, " 8:30"...I thought she wanted me to follow her to register 3 --I couldn't understand her from the mumbling and complaining about Kroger happening(s?) --she was going through..She looked at me and said "this one is closed"..NO congenitally, niceness or respect.. So I went BACK to the service desk with her..I said," I'd like to buy the two candy bars and get little cash back"..Brenda said," I DON'T know how to do that"..Hmm, she's at the service desk... I said," ok, here's my check to cash and I'll put the two candy bars on this card"... This encounter Just kept spiraling down...After she stamped the back of the check..She said with a flare of " nasty" almost " bark" .." You need to sign this"..I said ," NO, I don't. I made it out to KROGER". "NOT CASH"..It's made out to Kroger, you only need to stamp it.. She's arguing with me now..While i was talking , she interrupted me calling for manager after she grabbed speaker ....I told her I have to get my son to work!! Craig walks over..I hear her mumble loudly --doesn't she have to sign this check? Craig crinkles his brow and said "NO"..Then she said things to me like," if it goes through", " if it's good"...Now she gets personal and attacks me? I became angry because of her incompetence and racist prejudicial assumptions..I said you are a horrible custimer service person.. She said,"Thank you for that"... I've even decided not to give Kroger my money..This 1919 Faithon P Lucas in Mesquite has continued to go down ... Terrible customer service, infamous stinky restrooms, filthy floors, confusing set up, angry, void of smile, looking at their phones,unprofessional , eating and smacking on food while , ringing up customers, arguing with mgr or each other while customers are right in front of them--EMPLOYEES ( most not all)..Who is in charge of hiring? Does Kroger need to pay more to get cream of crop -- instead of the dust bunnies who care nothing about customers? Yelp needs to provide a way to give 1/2 of a point..I've been coming here for 28 years--When we moved here ..First nothing was there, Winn Dixie was there then this Kroger..

If I could give zero stars I would. Precious at the customer service desk needs to be fired! She’s rude and condescending. Like damn girl, you are ugly on the outside and inside.
