I had to have a prescription transferred here as my home pharmacy was out. Joe went above and beyond! I can’t thank you enough! Joe is GREATNESS!! Treats every customer like Gold and even asked me if I’d like to get a 3 month prescription instead of 1 month which saved me a ton! Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you!

I go to this pharmacy for a couple of years now. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I never had any issues. Pharmacy hours are a plus.When there was an issue with my prescriptions, they contacted my doctor and got it ready in a timely manner. Of course, sometimes the outcome is not what the patient wants (the med could be expensive, out of stock etc) but so far, the pharmacy always did their part.

Came in to change out propane tanks and the guy at the front door was rude and asked me to stand outside in the 105 degree heat. So disrespectful. He could have asked in a nicer way but instead chose to be rude. Kroger you are in the customer service business. BE BETTER!

The absolute worst Kroger I've ever been to. Parking is terrible. No meat counter? The store is always dirty. low stock on most items. Lines long. Solicitors at the entrance. Never a good experience. In desperate need of a renovation.

I'm going to start avoiding this place because the soliciting internet salesmen by the cash registers are obnoxious and annoying! Also be ready for long lines because they only seem to have one manned register open at a time, and half the self-checkout registers are usually closed.

Both my son and I get our prescriptions filled here. It’s ridiculous because literally every single month and I’m not getting every single month there is some thing that causes some issue with either his prescription or mine. They either act like they don’t have it and I always have to confirm with my doctor that they have called it in. I usually have to make two or three trips up there to get my prescription because the first time is never ready or there’s some kind of issue. There’s absolutely no communication. They never called me to tell me whenever it’s ready or filled. I’m really going to switch. This is so ridiculous.

Im tired of incompetent workers here. The communication is non existent and ive been trying to get my prescriptions and its been months and they keep losing my profile so each time I come in I have to give them my info all over again. This is ridiculous. Get your workers together.
