The Dillards at this location is very rude, racist, and ignorant for no apparent reason. I went last Saturday to shop, and I was met with a plethora of insecurity, paranoia, anger and anxiety. The employees here are all poc, irregardless I left, after I got frustrated for being followed around for 15 minutes, i was then told "goodbye" by a very racist comment made by an employee there. It's a old mall . Very out dated and it's not very safe. They need to blast this one and put up a new outdoor mall or one you can just drive up to the store of choice. You could never get into the Christmas spirit at this mall they don't play Christmas music out in the hallways only the stores some of the stores will play music if you want people to spend money for the holidays you have to get them in the Christmas spirit now this mall should Be decorated from one end to the next. Poor management and owners. If I were you I would tear this mall down, and put in high end apartments and a high end mall that's the only way Town East will survive. Because once their done with the construction in Plano and Valley view malls. Its gonna be pretty much game over for town East Mall.

Wave in town east mall!!!! Sold me a blood infested dress! I asked for a discount so i can take it to the cleaners and they said no. I'm sure it's already on clearance bc of the blood! So now everyone has touched this blood from wave in town East mall! Reporting this everywhere! Needs better management and to be shut down ASAP until they have better sanitation training!!!!!
