Customer service and the work were both great. They did a sub upgrade on my Bronco and it sounds much better. Getting harder to find shops like this. Will definitely use again

Where do I start?They do not honor their workThey try very hard but apparently either the Techs are lying to management or management lies to you. Bottom line is, the work is done incorrectly and when called on it, are not able to correct it but tell you right to your face that they did.They leave parts off of installations then throw them away without trying to find out whose parts they are.Me-Hey, any reason this clutch reservoir is completely hanging there? Where is the bolt?Them,- we must have missed it.Me-“Hey, you left this entire piece of carpet off the underside of my deck in the trunk”Them-“oh, we can’t find it, it must have been thrown away”Me-“hey- I found this trim piece completely loose under the hood”Them “we will re-Install it”Me - Finding it still in the backseat after I pick the car up after hours after being told that the 6 items on the list are taken care of.Them, after being told that the check emissions light is coming on after a Data Chip tune “we got the tuner to update the SoftWare”Me-watching the car through DroneMobile, my car sit at their shop the whole week it was with them…??ME-Even THINKING about going back to them for any reason—???? Why on earth would I?I’m cutting my losses and HIGHLY recommend that no one go to them for work of any kind.Don’t waste your time or Money, you will regret it.

I’ve had an under glow kit installed on my Nissan and a 2 12 subwoofer setup installed on my Tahoe. Took time to pair up the best subwoofer and amplifier to get the best sounds quality. Took time to do everything right but had me out in a timely manner. Would recommend this shop to get any customization and they’ll make it to your exact liking.

Very disappointed that somehow they've managed to delete bad reviews as I know for a fact there's been 2 abismal reviews left for bad installation & shady dealings with wrong/cheaper equipment being installed instead of what customer paid for. One day reviews were there & the next they were gone. I was going to see about upgrading my system until I read those reviews.

Buyer beware, charge you for one thing but install something different, be sure to check you car and fine details after getting ANYTHING installed here. Wrong parts, broken pieces, rude people will not be going back at all.

They expect to be patted on the back for doing the bare minimum after making significant mistakes. Your time is of no concern to Joel. He listens to respond, as opposed to listening to understand. Will never be back. There are too many places that will provide better customer service and knowledge. I wish I could give zero stars to be honest.

Came in a while back to get a few things installed, and like most shops, told me they had a warranty. For YEARS of going to different shops, this is the only place that’s honored it! Will be back for more??

Very snobby when i was in the store. A customer was in there very displeased with something they did, i overheard something about putting wrong stuff in a vehicle. It sounded very shady. I bounced after that.

After just shy of $10k, 8 trips back to the store, and a month of listening to systems with issues.... We will NOT be back.I had 2 sound systems installed in 2 brand new vehicles. When i picked up the Bronco, Joel Joseph had "misunderstood" me and did an additional $600 worth of sound deadening. Then I paid for Alpine S69c speakers, and they installed Alpine E series speakers, causing the amp to fry them. Then They broke clips in one of the speaker grills (they replaced after they realized i knew) . They did not install one of the covers that go over the speaker, and caused vibrations. Then they installed another amp incorrectly, and caused another set of speakers to blow. Then I keep finding little nicks and scratches on the trim. Then they charged me for a specific subwoofer, and then its on back order, so they put a cheaper subwoofer in, and charged me full price for more expensive subwoofer. After install, the chime was twice as loud, and when opening the doors, the ding is way too loud. I asked them to fix, but they said they didnt turn it up and it wasnt their fault, even though it wasnt that loud before. I asked for a full refund, and to return the cars to stock, they refused to give a refund. So here now im here to warn folks to be careful when dealing with them.... Check your stuff. Im sure Joseph will respond to this saying they do good work and they guarantee their stuff, and if i had an issue i should go up there etc etc.... Well Joel.... i did. 8 times. Im done giving you chances to get stuff right that should have been done right the 1st time. 10k should have gotten me 2 AMAZING sounding systems.... instead i got 2 systems that sound like they came from Buckner.
