Yesterday, Trent (not 100% sure of the name) the store director, went above and beyond to help me find a piece of discontinued fabric. There were only 2 people working in the store that day and I know they were overwhelmed, but he still took the time to help me find a needle in a haystack. I am so grateful for his help. I honestly didn't think customer service of this quality still existed.

Please note on the picture the lights that are on inside, and btw the Ross next door is open. I think some employees are looking for an excuse to have the day off. Power had been on in the area for at least 6 hours.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago and my Order still hasn’t even shipped. I reached out to customer service via chat and text and no response. Very frustrating considering I need the ribbon for work for a holiday gifts.

I buy bulky yarn #6 here for making beanies. Their stock is sufficient. My most recent trip yielded $8.99 skein of yarn at 30% off. So not bad.The new store is huge, clean, and easy to maneuver. Checking out is easy even if there's only one register open. I haven't used their app yet as I've only shopped there twice now, but I'm ready to give it a go. I have no negatives to give about this location.

This is my favorite JoAnn's. I drive past three other fabric and craft stores to get to this one. Kara was so incredibly helpful and patient while we worked through a project. She figured out exactly what we wanted even when the description was vague. Thank you for your patience. You made this shipping trip a wonderful memory that we will smile about every time we look at that quilt.

I went into Joanns today because I needed some yarn. I'm standing in the yarn section pondering. Behind me, I hear someone, and it's an employee stocking the yarn. Listen, this is the kind of job that requires you to assist everyone. If this is not your thing, you have to regroup. I go to the front because I just wanna leave this tip. And come to find out it was a manager who was in my area and didn't want to address me. Acknowledge me nothing. She definitely ignored me. But now, seeing the reviews, this is nothing new. It's really looking like bad customer service is acceptable here.

Horrible experience for my first time at the new location did curbside pickup and nobody came out after 30 mins or so I went in and waited another 30+ minutes then when I went back to my car someone had hit my door hard when they got in theirs when I had called to see if they had cameras in front so I can get info on who damaged my car the lady who had answered was rude I'm never going back to this location
