Usually we get great service from the staff, we have a few new faces, they were too busy dancing rather than trying to make a big difference in a sale of a Tshirt vs a pair of Sneakers . We went right to JD's and purchased 4 pairs of Jordan Sneakers

When to the store at Mesquite,TX. bunch of unprofessional workers and incompetence, got a $170 pair of sneaker and they have a manufacturer problem no exchange because I use 2 times for gym.... money is nothing loosing a costumer that's a big impact in a store hope they fame money they will never see me again on that store. And I will take this to management and Nike as well...

Jimmy and a Jazz can go to hell. I bought these shoes earlier(12:34pm) and it looks like somebody has already worn them. I'm going back bright and early to get my money ($184.03) back!

This place need more training for providing better customer service. Spoke with associate over the phone. Quick simple question about a release , associate asked "whats the question" I repeated the question then associate gave the wrong information then when I corrected associate, he claimed he would have to check with manager. Less than 2 seconds he supposedly had the right information ??♂️, but never heard him speak with the manager

Bad customer service! When you buy your staff they say in 14 days you return!… but when you try it because of wrong size they will not give you !!! And say they not return , only exchange! Plus people’s can’t spell your address well and shipping it!

Went to this store 11-14-21 at 5:00pm. My daughter loves Jordan’s and always buys them here. We literally had 3 pairs for shoes behind the counter for my wife, son and daughter. She went to look at polo sweaters and was sizing them up to her body and was trying to fold them back up and an employee working there went and snatched the sweater from where my daughter had left it as if she was mad she didn’t fold it back right. I asked to speak to manager and she said Jose was not there for 30min and would be back. I left my shoes and walked out. I have never had someone act this way at this store and because of this will not be coming back. And yes I’d like to be contacted about the situation because this is not something that I will let pass simply because it is my daughter and she meant no harm. I love the merchandise in this store but I am willing to look past that simply because of this incident.
