I showed the guy a picture of my hair and she didn't even properly do it how the picture was done. I washed my hair the very next day, and most of the color is already rinsed out. Instead of focusing on one person's hair, he'll start yours then go do someone else's, and then you end up spending five hours in that hair salon, a lot of money, and not happy with the end turn out.I showed the man a photo of my hair and he didn't even do it correctly like the photo. When I arrived there was a woman getting her hair done before me..a color or maybe color correction.. when she left, her hair looked amazing!! I just come in for a cut, my hair is already short..but when I left...I was very happy with my cut. Jan looked at my reference photo once and really knocked it out of the park...I will be coming back when I need another Cut!

Left embarrassed by my hair color. Wasn’t even what I asked for. I showed an ombré picture and he gave me highlights instead. Do not recommend. Idk how he has so many good reviews I had the opposite of everyone’s experience and left with extremely damaged hair.
