DON'T get your jewelry polished by Cindy! She scratched one of the most meaningful piece that I have. She didn't even apologize when I spoke with the manager. The ring was re-polished but I could still see the scratches. So I had to get it rebuffed for a 3rd time at another location.

I love there large selection of jewelry. I went to the store because I was having issues with a piece. They gave me the run around but hubby got them to understand his point of view. The manager was somewhat helpful. Moving forward I will keep in mind their return/exchange policy when chosing a piece.
