The worst place to buy jewelry from ! I bought a piece and came back due to an issue I had with this piece . And the “manager” told me to wait 30 min for another manager to come in and help me with my issue , keep in mind I mentioned to them I live 40 min away . Once the other “manager “ got there he prioritized other customers who where already there and didn’t assist me until 25 min after I waited over an hour and didn’t have my issue resolved WONT EVER BUY AGAIN

If I could give less than a half star I would … ordered a grill and they said it’d be ready well before Christmas… haven’t received a courtesy call, or anything . And they keep giving me the run around about my order. Every time I come in they claim it’s in their store next door “ precious jewelry”. Then they’ll say it’s in the other store Italian jewelers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Their chains also look fairly fake.

They are terrible. I live in cypress and someone stole my information to buy a diamond ring from them and they are doing nothing about it. I called more than 3 times and the first time he asked me to come to store like I can just drive 4 hours. Then he tells me call back in 10 minutes so I do and no one answers after multiple calls. Then a woman answers the phone and says can you call back in 30 mins I’m doing paperwork. So I call back in 30 mins and a rude guy answers the phone and tells me she is with a customer so call back in 30 mins again. He asked for my number but my identity was just stolen and used at your location and you think I’m going to give you more information. They are horrible and don’t care if someone buys from them using another person information.
