HR Block has been my tax preparer for years. I'm very pleased with the accuracy and efficiency of the process. Also, the accountant is pleasant to work with. One year I tried a preparer who wasn't with block but it was a mess and I won't do it again.

They’ll happily take your money, mess up your ITiN applications and then avoid contacting you back like the plague to confirm what they actually submitted. Our friends had success at other branches with ITINs, i recommend not doing your ITIN here.
