“My wife and I recently visited Rooms to Go in search of a new bed, and we were fortunate to catch a fantastic weekend special, which we gladly seized. The bonus was their complimentary delivery and assembly service. A special shoutout to Kristen Wright, whose assistance made the process smooth and helped us find the perfect fit. Now, when it comes to furniture shopping, I'm one of those folks who often struggle to find pieces I truly like. Unfortunately, my wife is in the same boat, which means our furniture-shopping adventures tend to be short-lived. We enter, and we exit within minutes. Rooms To Go doesn't deviate from this pattern for us. However, I've noticed their prices are on the higher side, particularly when compared to smaller Mom and Pop stores. It's a bit perplexing, especially considering their exclusive focus on one product type. How can they be pricier than the rest? But here's the silver lining: the staff is friendly and accommodating, and if you do happen to discover something you love in their selection, their financing options are indeed top-notch.”

“I buy bulky yarn #6 here for making beanies. Their stock is sufficient. My most recent trip yielded $8.99 skein of yarn at 30% off. So not bad.The new store is huge, clean, and easy to maneuver. Checking out is easy even if there's only one register open. I haven't used their app yet as I've only shopped there twice now, but I'm ready to give it a go. I have no negatives to give about this location.”

“We 1st visited the Mesquite location on 10/25/23. We had a great shopping experience. There were plenty of options in the wall decor department. Alesha was the associate who took care of our transaction at check out. She helped me apply for the At Home credit card and was patient in the entire process of applying that credit to our purchase. Alesha made our shopping experience pleasurable.”

“The process of purchasing with extended finance was seamless and the time spent in the store was minimal. However, I didn’t feel like the interaction was personal but more transactional. I don’t even know what my sales rep’s name and she was very temperamental (not open to receive) nor was I addressed as Mrs. Name. The communication was more like hey you (out-loud) from across the room for the entire store to hear my dealings. I did not like that and when I tried to express my dismay to the Assistant Manager all he could say was “I don’t understand” - he wasn’t engaging so I see why the sales rep conducted herself as she did. Her behavior was a reflection of management. No “quality” customer care. I was dealt with and not serviced. I never write reviews because I don’t find joy in speaking badly but the experience left me thinking I will never shop here again. I’m giving it 4 Stars because customer service isn’t easy. The store had great offerings and they were willing to price match online prices. The financing was made easy and I’m certain my sales rep was going above and beyond for me but needs to improve upon being discretionary and show some tact.”

“Nice price on a lot of items..But..but.....it's crazy the wait at lines lot a people and only 2 cashier open of 5..so i really don't understand why. Spend thousands of dollars and space for more register just for useless..i counts on line 37 people ahead of my sunday before Thanksgiving around 6pm. It insane..i don't recommend go on Sunday never to this store..”
“We were looking for a new bed for my son. When we walked in to Home Zone we were greeted and asked if they could help us. We explained what we were looking for and the salesman said they did not have that particular style, but we could check what was available. He also said if we had any questions to just reach out to any one on staff. This was really nice. No high pressure sales, not being presented with items and styles we were not interested in. This was a refreshing change from what we had experienced at prior furniture stores. It would have been nice if they had had what we wanted.....”
