They don't accept tap pay. In this day in age this hole in the wall business doesn't accept tap to pay payments. Even tho the card can be shown as a virtual card with the id they still wouldn't accept it

I was here visiting from Las Vegas, Nevada. I had all the money to get a car rental. Have rented since 2003 but your hertz refused me and my money. Then refused to give my son and myself a ride to my sisters house which was 20 minutes away. The Manger was very rude and refused to help us.

If you want your money in your bank account to disappear, rent with hertz! Rental car through other persons insurance paid still I’m out a lot of money and they are still taking money out! Not to mention the car was filthy with nasty seats and needed an oil change! When I booked my reservation they were supposed to pick me up at the collision center get there and call hertz to let them know I was ready to be picked up just to talk to a lady that said they don’t pick up costumer! Terrible experience altogether

Purposely make it hard to return car and charge more by literally not having that option. You need to return on a Sunday, tough luck. Will be sending to small claims court and escalate as needed.

Do not be mad at me its my personal opinion every1 has theres but they play nice and act like Swipper no swipping out here. I rented through uber. I had to go out to this place every few days to extend my rental which took up time and extra gas. I was told by the manager my rental was good.everything was ok. I asked was it going to be any extra charges or anything he sd no. I put the gas back in the car the way i got it and everything. I didnt look at my receipt or something because im expecting some of my deposit back because mind you im coming and paying to extend the rental. I got money back on my card. Boom i went and start spending a little. A few days later .boom. here come hertz again . Charged me all kinda stuff. Then i called they say the manager never available. They say we charged you for gas. I said it aint that much gas in the world. Made my account overdraft and it has not been the same since. I even backed off a while and just left messages. Still is not fixed.. i was going to start renting and referring ..but NOT THANKS. I WISH WE COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STars because they earned them for real. So BEWARE.. OF SWIPPER NO SWIPPING..

Horrible experience!!!!!!! I booked a car to be picked up at 12 pm Saturday the place is closed ! Why would it even book at a time they closed there is no corporate place to call . I went to the hertz in love field after, where it said they had cars available and none. I tried to cancel my reservation but the system online does not let me. This feels horrible and I feel powerless to do anything about the situation.

i do agree the management is a little off but they had a glitch and Statefarm customers were being held accountable to pay a 200 dollar deposit karvin the rep was so nice patient and understanding he was trying so hard to help young ,man called everybody he could i left and the manger called me back the next day this was so smooth the guys did a amazing job and helping that's what im talking about team wok goes a long way Karvin keep up the good work you helped me have a ride for my children and i had no transportation you did great hertz give that man a raise

worst hertz experience we've ever had.this place needs to clean house and get people who actually care about helping others.I will never rent from another hertz again. they may be the cheapest rental and you truly get what you pay for.

Got my rental car fast and with no issues!Rosaville did a fabulous job - he displayed great customer service and was very helpful! I will definitely consider Hertz again in the future due to Rosaville’s excellent service today - thank you!

My experience at this branch was horrible. First a Manager by the name of Corae Coleman was very rude and highly unprofessional as a manager. He used foul language and was very sarcastic. He didn't even walk around the car with me to check for damages nor was I thanked for my business upon walk in nor drop off of the vehicle. The seats of the vehicle had multiple stains on it and scratches on car. To top it off I needed a ride home when I dropped off the car I had my two little children with me and needed a ride home Corae Coleman told me he didn't know how I was getting home when I asked what am I supposed to do. Horrible customer service. He also had multiple staff members that were working on this day that could have took me and my sons home. I only lived 5 minutes up the road. When I explained how close I lived to the branch he stated " I don't know how your getting home but I wont take you". The branch wasn't busy at all with no line outside. He also remained at his desk on his cell phone ignoring my requests. This branch is highly not recommended at all huge 0.
