I love it, we went in for the first time I only wish to have more money to spend... The staff is so friendly and helpful, the store is clean the prices are accessible ??????? Thank God for a little place like this bc we are seriously sick of ultra process fake foods and contaminated everything... Can't wait to go back ??❤️

Any herb I need I can find here. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Also sells food which is suitable for GF, dairy and egg allergies. Great store!

First time visiting this locationI was so disappointed ☹️ I took time to get everything I needed went to the cashier to pay only to find out they don’t except American Express credit card as a payment. Please make your customers aware on your website and store ? which credit cards you do not except as paymentIt would be nice to save your customers the embarrassment!!! If only I would have taken a picture of your employees face when she notified me we don’t except American Express credit card here mama ??

Have you ever walked into a business and the employees are having a conversation. And you are not greeted,well, this does not happen in Herbmart. Conversations ends and the greetings begin. This is why I travel the distance. The employees are hospitable and knowledgeable. The staff are friendly and eager to assist. It's one of my favorite stores to shop.

WARNING - NOT A KID-FRIENDLY LOCATION!!This is the second time at this location that they have gotten onto my toddler for touching the bottles (my now 8-year-old when he was younger and my 22-month-old today). Today was the worst experience and that is what brings me here, and I will be escalating to the email provided. Right underneath me, my toddler was picking up the pill bottles and putting them back in place, give or take an inch or so. The associate asked him to stop rearranging the shelves, of course he didn't understand, but I asked him to stop despite seeing any real threat. Then the associate started on him again, this time another associate came over and began to pry the bottle out of his hands saying "NO!"How dare they attack us like that! Explain to me the difference between a full-grown adult moving the bottles versus a child? If they don't want children in their store, they need to post it at the front instead of attacking their guests. It's disappointing because I actually liked this place.

I have shopped here for years. So unfortunate the aggressive employees they have here now as it certainly didn’t use to be this way. I hope this location gets back on track as the Terrell location is still great.
