“I've been searching for two stainless steel, button head 1/4 x 20 Allen bolts 1.5 inches long + 1 inch spacers. Looked at several Lowe's stores, TSC stores and a couple of Ace hardware locations. This storm is the only one that had the parts - ALL the parts. To boot, the employee who greeted us as we walked in the store was able to take us directly to the correct bins! My wife was also able to find a couple of oddball sized batteries (27A) which you can't just find anywhere. The street-side appearance of this store may turn you off but you will be missing out if you let that steer you away. Parking lot is small and a bit tight but across the street (Gus Thompson) is a large parking lot where even a class A motorhome could easily park. But I must deduct one star for this issue as convenient parking is critical for any hardware store.”

“I've bought plenty of tools from here and haven't had issues with any of them. There is like lower quality things but there's also better quality tools”

“The crew and team are friendly and provided me with good service as I was in the restaurant especially in the paint department they were very helpful in guiding us towards a decision. While the only issue I encountered was one caused by me, I left a item in the parking lot, I called immediately and the person on the phone said I could come back with no issues to get another piece of my PVC pipe since I still had my receipt, however once I came back they said their was nothing they could do and that I had to buy another PVC pipe. It was disappointing to hear because it got my hopes up but at the end got confused due to hearing different things from different people. However other than that I enjoyed shopping here”

“I called a few days ago to inquire about your chicks! I was greeted by an associate named Bradley, he was very polite and informative about the chicks. He assured me that you all had chicks in stock. I wanted Easter eggers but about the time I made it in they were all gone. I hate that I forgot the associates name ( Ms. Lisa ), but it was a lady in the middle of the store at the desk by the chicks that gave me so much info about the chicks that you all had at the time, she also made sure that I could actually have chickens within my city limits. She had to tend to something else and asked another associate to help me, unbeknownst to me it was Bradley. He was 10x's more helpful in person, he made sure we had all the equipment that we needed to become chick parents.

Oh yeah we got a few Jersey Giants and we'll be back to get some Easter eggers when you all get some in stock. Thanks Brad and Ms. Lisa, I had a great experience!

*Update we didn't get any Easter eggers, however we did get a few Leghorns, and Buff Orpingtons!”

“I'm only writing a reivew for the knowledgable & friendly Pauline in Plumbing. She was so awesome and even remembered me when I had to exchange water lines for length. She saw me walking towards the plumbing area and asked me, "Were the lines too short?" then proceeded to showed me the correct ones. She also suggested a better (inexpensive) Delta faucet!!”

“This place is right down the street from my house so I use them out of convenience. Their prices aren't always the cheapest but the staff always seems friendly and attentive and they have a huge selection of household items! Another added bonus is that they have a Scag dealer and a Stihl dealer located inside the store which is exactly what I need to service my lawn equipment. I like this place a lot and will continue to shop here”

“This Lowe's is 9 minutes from my home, so I have been here countless times over the last 5+ years. It's not a perfect store and doesn't employ perfect people, but by and large it is a good place to shop-clean, well-organized, good inventory. It certainly deserves better reviews than most folks are offering!”

“I was in here today and I want to brag on a young man that helped me. His name was Trent I the garden area and he was so professional and sweet. I ask this older gentleman for help first and he was rude and just blew me off. And the said thing is he said he was a manager. But anyway Trent went the extra step to make sure I found what I need and was nice enough to take it to my car. Thank you for a well done job and your professionalism Trent you was great. Trent the 5 star is all you Mr. rude manager a 100 percent 0 your nothing but rude.”
