This star is for Mrs. ALICIA on January 14 at 4 pm I asked her please if I could add membership to my article and she told me (oh I have the ticket I don't need it) quite upset, apparently her days are bad To be at work like this, in my opinion they should have her do something else and not be a cashier. Thank you, Mrs. ALICIA. I hope they change it for me if it breaks down.

Harbor freight is my tool shop of choice peri. Enjoy going there for the quality of tools and the price as well. I work on cars and do some woodwork and some handyman projects, and I get all my tools from Harbor Freight. I love it ?? I enjoy that they have good customer service.This store was clean and the staff was also friendly. I asked questions of 3 different employees, and they all were able to help me with a smile. This store is great. ??

They let a guy walk out with 600 Dollars in tools did not try to stop him checker told me it happens every day they can't do anything Yes they can you can make every customer pay more and let the crooks have it for free what a bunch of cowards amazon has my biz

This harbor freight is great. The employees are friendly and ready and willing to help. I couldn't find a 12" drill bit for steel but harbor freight had plenty. I recommend this store when you need those hard to find tools and want to save money.

This is a great store if you’re looking to buy from generators to nuts and bolts. They have an ample assortment of all the tools that you need for your DIY projects. They offer excellent customer service, and great prices.

Went today for the promotion of free bucket with $35 purchase spent $160 and was charged for the bucket told lady at register she said I have to joint the track member to get the free bucket ether she having a bad day or this is false advertisement

I went into this store today, and I was helped by the supervisor name Phil he immediately went above and beyond to show me the correct tools to get the job done and he also gave me some cheats, that way i could save a few bucks as well!! THANKS, PHIL!!!???

The customer service was terrible. There was 1 line but 2 cashiers and only certain people of non color was allowed to go to the second cashier. I felt like I was back in the 60-70's again. I'm so disappointed with their service.

I received some merchandise from Harbor. Freight has a birthday gift. The jigsaw blades that were purchased for me for the wrong type wouldn't fit my jigsaw. I went to exchange it without it receipt and was told that was not possible. Do not buy gifts at Harbor freight, just in case you get the wrong thing, you can't exchange it!
