hello, paul i wanted let you know i visited the store yesterday around 3:00pm maybe 3:40 almost 4 your staff is very rude ive been coming here every since i moved to mesquite and they been rude every time if im spending my money here i need to be greeted and more very poor customer service please give me a call or i will be contacting corporate too fix this

Worst store ever. I bought one eyebrow liner $7.00 dollars. NYX is supposed to be a good brand. The color barely shows up on the container it looks dried out. No wonder it’s a non-refundable purchase. I also bought an eyeliner ($9.00 dollars) which was the same brand.And then in less than an hour, it was all over my face. I told this to the manager she said they have a sign that says all purchases are final.It was nothing but Trash.

Just recently purchased a so called 13 by 4 lace front wig black straight idk how many inches because it didnt say and when I got the wig it always off the manikin head so the girl who worked there put it in a bag looked like for another type of wig they took 70 dollars off but the wig didn’t last it sheds a lot and it wasn’t a frontal lace wig it was a middle part wig it wasn’t free parted like the tag said it was. And the ppl who worked there were very rude .I will never purchase a wig from gold beauty again!

I recently purchased 2 bundles of what I “thought” was 100% virgin HUMAN hair . Body wave. The packaging advised it could be dyed bleached or permed . I installed the hair blow dried the curls straight. I then proceeded to use my flat irons . With the 1st pass I noticed a few strands of hair . I went to another section and again I noticed residue and what looked to be melted hair on my flat irons. Please remove this from your shelves as this is a misrepresentation of the product you are advertising . I’d ask for my money back but the receipt advised no refund in bold letters . This should have been my 1st and last red flag. BUYERS BEWARE !

GO SOME WHERE ELSE. Read reviews before you buy the customer service is horrible. The little girl behind the counter has a stank attitude. I told her she she didn’t have to have an attitude with me and not one manger came up and tried to calm down the situation. Don’t waste your money. Within be buying something cash for two second she said ooo it’s non-refundable with an attitude. Will never come back.

Rude bunch of ladies working tonight on 10/5/22. I asked who apparently was "a" manager if she could check me out and she rudely replied "I'm gone help somebody" without barely making eye contact. Then when a small petite cashier that barely looked 21 years old with exrremely long nails said she could take care of me she REFUSED to give me the name of the prior associate who was supposedly a manager.
