A different shop wanted to do unnecessary extra repairs; replacing oxygen sensors, secondary air injection system, replacing a brand new battery.
Ramandeep Malhotra provided an honest diagnostic of my vehicle & made all necessary repairs in a timely manner. Fixed the loose wires which were causing code errors to pop up. Fixed a coolant leak. Saved me thousands of dollars.
I am beyond happy with the service I received from Ramandeep at Geo’s, I appreciate their honest work, will always bring all my vehicles to Ramandeep.
Roselyn at the front desk provided exceptional customer service, making the experience that much better, you feel like family when you walk in. All employees passing by always greet you. All-around great shop.

I was referred to Geo Imports after the dealership quoted me a ridiculous amount. I thought I needed to replace my water pump due to the dealership telling me that when in fact it was actually my radiator. The owner George explained everything that needed to be fixed on my car along with what repair can wait later. Geo Imports not only restored my car in a timely fashion but also saved me money!

Had my friend come and pick me up from the airport and she put diesel in my Volkswagen Tiguan tank thinking that’s the “premium” gas I use? … called a friend and they referred me to Geo’s and i am a happy customer. Great efficient service for a reasonable price, with a wholesome team to match! Highly recommend.

All I can say is, “Thank you so much for a great experience,” all 5++ stars. I am new to the area and my 2010 VW Jetta had a check engine light come on. I read some Google reviews for foreign car repair places in the area and made an appointment to take my car to Geo’s the Monday after Thanksgiving. They were packed with cars due to the holiday shutdown and since I booked online and did not call and confirm, my appointment was overlooked. Rosalynn, the kind hearted lady upfront understood my needs and being a first time customer was able to work me in, Thank you!! A couple hours later George the owner called me and listened to what I had done to try and resolve the issue and then told me what he thought was causing the fault/error codes. He was honest and upfront and cured the problem. Awesome Customer Service by both Rosalynn & George and they have gained my trust for any other future car issues.

Good customer service! The waiting area is small and HOT!!!!!! I have an old bmw that I took for an oil change. Over 150.00 of course, so I would have liked them to top off my fluids etc. like most do when you get an oil change. None of that was done. Only complaint, but I am not sure if I will return but they are so close to home. Not sure just yet.

I took my 2014 Toyota camry in because it was making a noise and not driving smoothly. I was going on a 2000 mile road trip and wanted to make sure my vehicle wouldn't break down. I told the owner everything I wanted and repair any other problems he finds. It took 2 appointments but I was told I needed front bearings, oil change, tuneup. Paid for all repairs picked my car up and hit the road the next day. The owner told me he drove the car and it was fine. The next day while on the highway I noticed my car was shaking and making some noise, but I thought it was my tires needing to be rotated, but the shaking got worse the longer I drove. 10 hours later my service light came on and I knew I couldn't drive any further. I found a mechanic in Albuquerque and he looked at the car and 3 minutes later told me my rear struts were leaking oil and it caused my tires to warp. He showed me the leaks and stated he didn't know why the other mechanic didn't see it. He also said he didn't think I needed the front bearings either. That out of town fix cost me 450 dollars only because the mechanic felt sorry for me and lowered the labor cost. Plus I had to replace 2 tires. When I called the owner of Geo motors he just apologized and told me that we could work something out maybe fix something no charge. I paid 750 to get back on the road and it cost me an extra 3 days on my trip. If someone doesn't fix my car properly when I'm paying them what would they do when it's free. That scares me.
