These people who work here have no manners as soon as I go to the check out these people are too focused on their conversation so I was just there waiting and to top it all off I was pressured to join their VIP thing and told me it was free no I have been getting charged for months and when I tried to cancel they told me to contact support.

They have a scam going here… you make a purchase and you’re immediately signed up for their VIP program that charges you $11.99/monthly… and I’m having a hard time canceling. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
Edit: There’s no way to cancel. Not at the store, not by email, and by phone, they keep hanging up on you. I’ve disputed it with my bank & am trying to put a block on this merchant… my bank says it’ll take 3 business days to determine if we can do that, and it all depends on how “merchant set up the withdrawals”. I may have to close my entire bank account just to stop the theft… all for a cheap anime tee. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Visited fye since I haven't been in a while the employees greeted me felt so welcomed the manager on duty an African-American women helped me find what I was looking for definitely recommend they have great deals right now.

I went to Fye today I had a great the employees welcome me when I came in the store today it was a good vibe they had a lot of sales goin on nd I was happy with my purchase we laugh and they even said have a good day when I left store 10/10 I will be coming back with my family😁😘

Absolutely horrible.the workers were too stuck up and focus on there phone rather than helping anyone who needed help or who genuinely was curious in trying to know about certain products.besides this it’s overpriced when claiming it’s on clearance…scam and along with this they ask for your info to sign you up for some random subscription which it’s literally for nothing just to take your money randomly.with this being said this shop isn’t family friendly.when me and my family stepped in the music in the establishment was highly inappropriate from violence to terrorism.

They signed me up for a membership and were charging me for months. Wasn’t aware I was being charged a monthly subscription. Seems like they’re ripping people off here. Don’t give them your info. The cashiers and their management are terrible and misleading.

Never open or close early all the time, came into the store when the mall was open and store was clearly open but as I proceeded to shop around the manager said the store was closed due to inventory stocking while the doors were wide open. If the store is closed why keep the doors wide open DURING MALL HOURS! Very poorly managed, employees sitting on counter or listening to music instead of helping customers. Would recommend shopping at box lunch or hot topic instead where the employees are nice and caring.
