I usually love shopping here but the employees are horrible now. They only have 1 register that can take cash and card and 2 that take cash only. The employee refused to switch to the one that accepts cards. Couldn't by my kids any of the shirts they wanted. We'll be taking our business to BoxLunch from now on.

I called on June 22 to see if they can check to see if they have a movie for me and they told me I have to go up there myself and check after I told them I live two hours away and I don't want to drive up there in case they don't have it and the woman said they're was nothing she could do that was just pure laziness it's your job to help the customer out but they can't even get up and check to see if they have a item in the store

The store is fine, lots of great products however what brings down the ratings for me is the employees. It was an hour before closing and I was just browsing when I found a chucky doll that I would like to buy. I brows bit more and decided not to get it. I placed it where I found it and a few minutes later this lady comes up to me and is asking me where I left it. I explained that it’s in the horror section where I found it and she said “no that’s not where it goes go grab it for me instead of messing up my store” I was in shock and explained that that’s where I found it. She started getting upset and rolled her eyes. She was very unprofessional and told me to get it now. She proceeded to show me where it goes and I did not even walk past that section so how could i know?

In December 2023 asked by cashier if I wanted to sign up for a FREE backstage membership. Its free? Ok. Cashier never revealed the important information about the $11.99 that would be charged 30 days later! I get a $11.99 charge on Jan 22 2024. I panick thinking my bank card number was compromised. I had to look up what is FYE. This is store my grandkids like I took them for Christmas shopping. So I had know clue what this FYE was. Called their customer service number listed online. Representative explained when I signed up in December for free it was for only first 30 days after 30 days customers are charged $11.99! Representative apologized and will cancel and refund me the $11.99. She also said I was supposed to be told that. Evidently cashiers at all locations are failing to give informed information! Deceitful practice. Store managers need to make sure this information is given to customers so they can accept or decline!

They are failing to give information! Deceitful practice. Cashier told me "shoot I can't help you save 10%" never once mentioned I was being signed up for a member ship that will charge me monthly !!!!!! Asked if I had an ID I said no and she still signed me up stay away !! They are scamming ppl!!!

I stood in front of the cash register for about ten minutes hoping to make a purchase. I'm a big dude, so I'm not invisible. Nobody ever came to help me make the purchase. There was another customer there waiting as well. Nobody came to help either of us. I put my merchandise back and left.

A lot of cheap, overpriced stuff of all kinds here. Even the clearance items are overpriced as well. Nice selection of trinkets, but like I said, overpriced! Still, you might find it interesting.

It's a fantastic store with lovely people, BUT I WARN you DO NOT GET THE REWARDS CARD. If you do not shop enough to visit, I suggest not signing up for the rewards card because you will have the most challenging time to cancel. They find ways not to have you cancel the membership. It was challenging to go online to cancel, it was difficult to get an email response, and even calling was a hassle. Just don't do it, I warn you. LOL. If you are an active customer, it may have a benefit, but not for someone who does not visit that store because then you will be charged 11 bucks every month, struggling to cancel.

The store itself is fine, I enjoy the product what I don’t enjoy is the fact i keep getting signed up for the “rewards” program. It’s your typical program with a 10% off deal, I had signed up for it a year ago but had cancelled it after realizing I’m paying for something that’s pointless. Well, two months back when I was checking out instead of asking if I wanted the rewards deal they scanned the card & I caught them & said something but they swore up & down I still had it from before so I had to cancel it again before I was charged. Today the same manager pulled the same scam on my husband & when I pointed out on the receipt proceeded to lie to me saying he had the deal already even tho it was my number he gave her. I couldn’t talk to a manager bc she is the manager, I will be calling their customer/corporate number so they are aware of what a manager is doing & from what I saw she was also training others to do so as well. I just want to warn anyone who goes there that when you reach check out that if you’re asked to sign an acknowledgment agreement for a 10% discount then they signed you up themselves & you will be charged for not only the rewards membership but 3 magazine subscriptions which you have to call a separate company to cancel.
