THEY SUCK !! -100 stars if I could. They always trying to get over on the insurance payments. They tell you one thing over phone then another once you come in. Tried to also use roadside assistance and was told i did not have it when policy was active and paid so I was stranded. The company needs to be shut down especially the location inside of walmart off I-80.

The horses insurance ever if you go 1 day late. They cancel you and then they want the car in person to reinspect it bad coverage. They give you a hard time ready unprofessional amateurs.

Called for a quote on my autos. They are not equipped to do this in minutes. It was going to take alot of time. Not technologically up with the competition. Had to pass on them and move on to another company.

Worst car insurance company I have ever dealt with. Always creeping up the rates. Started of paying 50 bucks now I'm paying almost 100 for liability. And I have NEVER been in a wreck in all my 40 years. Always trying to smooth talk lies. Hate this company. Slimey.

I have been with Fred loya insurance since 2007 here lately every time I have an interaction with a Fred Loya associate they have been coming off very rude and short almost condescending. So that being said I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been a loyal customer but it doesn't seem that matters anymore so off to better things!

In the past I was insured with Fred Loya Ins and had a uncomfortable experience, so once again I decided to give them another shot ** again I'm not having a good experience!!! What's so hard about giving good customer service especially when a customer comes back & the representatives doesn't provide a relationship of trust!!! What's the problem guys ?
