I am not sure if my money is supposed to mean less than everyone else's, but I came to this location seeking help. Twice, an employee from the back was paged to come to the floor to help. Two employees went back and forth regarding why they couldn't come to the floor to assist. As I watched both of the employees from a distance walked around aimlessly. We were looking to renovate our house using material from here, but after that experience, we have decided otherwise.

I had the best experience with staff that I have ever had. I needed tiles for a backsplash in my kitchen. I was so lost. Octavia came to my rescue. She is amazing. She listened to what I thought I wanted then very patiently walked me thru options. We had friendly conversations as she showed me options in different areas. Forward two months and I needed two more boxes because of changing plans. She rescued me again. She remembered me and we started right up with our friendly conversation. I will ask for her every time.

I shopped at this store a few times. It is well kept and clean, has largest selection in DFW. This is my favorite store. The customer service is outstanding from all staff including the assistant manager. I want to thank you to Dayanara and Amarhi who helped me with my recent purchase. They both were pleasant, friendly, very helpful, and amazing.
