I've been with this Bank 20 plus years about I've had a few problems but we rode past it all I would recommend them to anybody that needs a great Bank the fees are a little inconvenient not like they used to be

After the website crashed and lost my fingerprint 3X in 45 days I went in on A Thursday at noon to close my account....I was told that required a Manager..Who was not on site.. At Noon on a Thursday....Needless to say..I bank elsewhere now. terrible serviceLousy website that crashes often...

This was one of the WORST experiences of customer service I have had as a consumer! The manager on duty was training a new teller YESTERDAY while I stood in line for 10 minutes and made my way to THAT window. I only wanted change for a dollar. (The Kroger service desk was swamped due to it being the 1st of the month.) Not many things shock me these days but when I was told I had to open an account to get 4 quarters for $1 I was just that, shocked! I wanted to make sure I heard her right so I asked again. She said "like I said, you have to be a customer with an ACTIVE account in order to get change." Not only was this poor customer service but the STUPIDEST policy.

They don't even deserve 1 star 😔😔😔 they Always TAKES forever to do one thing..expect at least a 20 to 30 min wait in line... Because the staff needs more help with everything. They need more training and better customer service. I WILL NOT be going back.

I love my Kroger store .. Friendly employees. Clean atmosphere Everything organized. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Good prices.. I love my best costumer bonus and my free stuff every Friday 😎💖🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈😎🙋ðŸ‘
