My husband stopped to pawn his drill. To get some quick cash & the older Hispanic man there would not accept it because it looked to new. MY HUSBAND DEFINITELY FELT DISCRIMINATED. he ask if he had receipt and gave him attitude after he questioned him why.

This pawn tried low balling me. They was trying to give me $80 for a new piano. Don't go to this pawn shop. Go to B&B down the road from this pawn shop they gave me the amount I was asking for. They will give you more.

Me and my husband stopped here to see if they had any cell phones! To our surprise they didn’t, which was a bummer! They actually were running a pretty decent sale at the time on Apple watches. The place is a little out dated but I mean hey it is a pawn shop. They didn’t really have a variety of different things. Almost lost my jewelry they did put the money on both ticket just one after I gave them the old ticket and told them paying holding fee for a month for both pawns.Very unprofessional

Pawn shop isn’t the same without Rob. Great guy great customer service. One of the main reasons I started back doing buisness with First Cash Pawn. Overall one of the best FCP stores In the DFW.
