EYE. HATE. FEDEX!!! They NEVER deliver my packages timely. Yet, I always get a "delivered" notification. Sometimes, I dont get my package for another 2-4 weeks followingthe notification. I don't understand it. When call them, they always say "you have to contact the shipper". But why? YALL ARE THE ONES WHO HAVE IT!!!

Whoever is driving for them is LAZY and LIEING!!! They keep pushing my delivery back saying they tried to deliver when I’m home and nobody knocking on my door! Beyond frustrating! If they so called tried to deliver, then they would leave a note! I have escalated this several times!!!
Update: they are claiming my package is damaged and now being sent back to the shipper! They need to do something about this!

Have had the worst experience with this facility. Should not take 5 phone calls to get a package delivered. Also, cannot find out why package is delayed. I keep getting told it will be delivered tomorrow. Four tomorrows have come and gone and still no package.

How hard is it to get a code and put a box in the locker. Or how hard is it to find a door number or ask the front office since you delivered theirs. Then to say it was refused. WORSE DELIVERY COMPANY

I worked here when I resided at a domestic violence shelter. FedEx is supposed to have the purple promise but they wouldn't feel out a paper for to keep Medicaid for working families. Why would metrocare call on a Sunday they are closed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. None of our companies will use FedEx after the horrible experiences we have had over the last 4 years, but unfortunately some of our vendors will ship us items via FedEx.
We are now on day 4 waiting for our FedEx delivery. Nobody knows when it will be delivered or can give a straight answer after talking with over 7 different customer service people and their managers.
FedEx used to be number one. Now they are in last place - even behind the post office. While companies like UPS, that used to suck, have made vast strides to deliver amazing service.
Let this be a lesson that on any day your company can go from hero to zero if you are not diligently working on improvement. Never get complacent.
As a business you need to focus on your core competency and what makes you great - at FedEx that is delivering packages.
Over the last three years, FedEx (like many other big companies) has chosen to focus on other things like social issues and DEI rather than continuing to be the best shipping company.
Now they suck at what they used to do best and are in last place.
Never take your eye off the ball and focus on never stop focusing on what made you great. Otherwise you might end up like FedEx.
FedEx was once a great company but now has virtually zero relevance due to the fact it cannot even complete its core competency - delivering a package. So many of my fellow business owners absolutely refuse to do business with them.
Just look at all the one star reviews - FedEx has truly become the worst in class in just 4 short years.

My packages are getting delayed so much that they end up sending them back to the shipper claiming they are damaged . I don’t what’s happened to fedex lately . I used to have no problem with them. I order parts for my business and can’t even get my packages and have to keep putting off customers because of This . Can’t ever speak to anyone at the mesquite plant , just some weirdos you can’t barely understand , who sit at home answering phone calls from everyone else with the Same problem I’m having .

I would put "0" stars, but wouldn't let me. Absolutely unreliable, I've had about 10 of 10 packages in the past year which say delivered, but never recieved. No other carrier has this issue, but it has to be FEDEX ground in Mesquite. I try to avoid FEDEX, but sometimes it is out of my control.
