Christmas is next door move out the way Halloween & Thanksgiving!! There’s quite a few Christmas decorations out already! The store looked fairly good the cashier was polite & helpful. I wish their parking lot offered more spaces for customers.

The aesthetic before going in ??♀️ why is there no integrity into these companies and customer service anymore¿ The inside is extremely unorganized and the side of the building looks beautiful ? I hate what this world has come to this far…I’ll soon hate it even more ?Update: ?since it won’t let me post a pic, the trash can was over filled and falling on the ground and the trash can itself was gross. Which is probably why no one wants to change it ?

Staff definitely is muted! Both Johnny & Stephanie made eye contact with me-no greeting or anything. They just continued on. It doesn’t take much to say hello. Eye contact was made twice with Johnny, not even when entering the store. I said hello actually, and it was still silent. A stepping ladder was blocking one aisle, in which another worker was standing next to it. He didn’t bother to move it to allow me to enter the aisle. I could understand if he was busy using it, he wasn’t. It was just there. I moved it. Regardless if this is “just” Family Dollar, having pleasant customer service skills is always imperative when working with people.

This place is ridiculous. Can't even push the cart through an isle because boxes litter both sides, extremely limited selection of items most of which are over priced and to top it all off, if you got a full cart, don't think you are gonna just take it out to your car.... Oh no... The carts don leave the store thanks to a pole sticking out of the cart. So look forward to a few trips back and forth to your vehicle. I have an injured hand and not one of the employees offered to help as they saw me struggling and frustrated... honestly wish I hadn't come here today. I left angry
