update. The employee was sitting in her car in the parking lot and said she was taking a break. I went to family dollar next door.

The manager is very rude and yelling at customers. I have been shopping there forever but now will no longer shop there. Alot of neighbors also have stopped going there because of the extreme verbal abuse.

The cashier today sure let everybody know she don’t like working Saturdays! She was cussing and really had no interaction with me as I was paying! She spoke with the other employee but that was about it. Just pretend u want to be there and communicate with ur customers! Cuse with out us y’all don’t get paid!

This is the second time the pricing was wrong at the check out , the cashier would not help but told me she would check it after I left and change it in the system if needed . My family and I and friends will go elsewhere from now on , some of them were also with me at the time . Never a bargain when I go . [If you hate your job then find another] and I think they do .

It’s 8:05am on a Friday and the store is not open as business hours are supposed to be 8am-9pm but it’s closed and no employee is present to work smh very disappointing and even a kid on a bike is waiting on someone to get here in this cold weather … don’t recommend

Chase Bank on 635 and Lake June was a bad experience. ATM malfunctioned and black employee couldn't get it to work. Hispanic woman teller got it right. Go to Chase Bank in East or North Dallas or the suburbs.

The Manager was very rude. His customer service is horrible!! He told me to leave (his) store because I asked for the manager's phone number and told him he was being rude!!!

This location had lost a lot of regulars this past year because of how rude and confrontational the store manager it but I have remained loyal. Today I spent a good amount of money in that store. When I was done shopping I pulled around back to look in the dumpster like I always do. I dumpster dive which is legal here and I donate what I find to the shelters. Thie man rushed out to co front me and tell me I can't dump I explained I wasn't dumping I was dumpster diving which is legal if no sign is present. He pointed to a sign but that sign clearly stated no dumping. He is clearly miserable and is on a power trip. I eill never shop in this chaotic store again. I have always been able to look past his nasty attitude because he has never aimed it at me. Never ever again and I am in that store almost daily.

I stop by this Dollar General this morning, when am in line to Pay at the register. Their is a African American male in the register being extremely rude to a Hispanic lady for using coupons. It made me feel very uncomfortable. He didn’t have a name tag, so when It was my turn to pay, I kindly asked him for his name and he refused to tell me his name. I said as a “manager” and employee, am aware everyone should require a name tag.He said if you have an issue we can resolve it here. I said no am calling corporate and talking to them about issues and concerns I may have.He said you know what take your money and leave my store.I said I will kindly do it. But this is not the way you should treat people!
