Came in with a flat tire and they were able to fix the tire instead of having to get a replacement. Staff were super friendly and the service was quicker than anticipated. It was a great experience for this stressed out-of-towner!

Stopped by with tire off of my trailer that needs to be patched, it has less than 10k miles on it. DT refused to patch since it was manufactured in 2014. Finding a better place to do business.

Nothing about my experience was positive. Couldn’t get my tire off and I left with one less lug than I showed up with. Driving down the highway I get a low tire indicator with 25psi one new tire 47psi on the other new tire. Speaking to the shop they advised a circle around and they’ll look at it. The person I spoke to never addressed or acknowledged my return. I took it upon myself to have one of the guys in the back just put air in. These guys are unprofessional and a giant liability.

Trevor, you're visibly nervous and in a rush, dont know if its mornings, or what dude.
But Seriously, I've been coming here almost 12 years. I've always had my break pads checked here, in the past 4 times I've had my tires changed ( 6 months).
Yall have not one time remembered to check it for me, even with written notes in 3 of the appointments and having a whole conversation of "we'll definitely make sure and check for you".
I'd feel better if yall just said " we don't do that " and not lie to my face. ?
Just thought it was funny yall forgot for a 4th time, when it wasnt busy.

Very nice employees. They close at 6pm. They kep ln working close to 7pm to get all the customers tires fixed.

Alfonso took great care of me! I didn't have an appointment, but he helped make sure I was able to get my tired repair quickly. He was kind, fast, and very helpful.
