“Saturday evening visit and there was no line!!! I found a couple of great buys & so did my teens. Surprise finds were a 10 lb medicine ball (less than $20) & the perfect weight of hand weights!”
“For the most part I love dollar tree. But since the one closest to me has gone to self-checkout they've gone down as far as I'm concerned. They're supposed to be someone there to check you out if you want them to but more than once I've had them tell me do it yourself. So I've been driving a little farther to another one where they go out of their way to help me. I was needing tissue paper the other day and they didn't have any . But the young lady made three trips to the stockroom to find some for me and even tracked me down to the register to give it to me. Needless to say I'll be frequenting that store a lot more now.”
“I have only been here on Sunday early morning and I like the store. Everything is stocked and produce looks fresh. On Sunday mornings they usually have a good assortment of bakery items marked down. The majority of the staff have been friendly and helpful. Only major drawback is the hygiene items are under lock and key. So you have to wait or hunt someone down to open the case.”
“I called a few days ago to inquire about your chicks! I was greeted by an associate named Bradley, he was very polite and informative about the chicks. He assured me that you all had chicks in stock. I wanted Easter eggers but about the time I made it in they were all gone. I hate that I forgot the associates name ( Ms. Lisa ), but it was a lady in the middle of the store at the desk by the chicks that gave me so much info about the chicks that you all had at the time, she also made sure that I could actually have chickens within my city limits. She had to tend to something else and asked another associate to help me, unbeknownst to me it was Bradley. He was 10x's more helpful in person, he made sure we had all the equipment that we needed to become chick parents.
Oh yeah we got a few Jersey Giants and we'll be back to get some Easter eggers when you all get some in stock. Thanks Brad and Ms. Lisa, I had a great experience!

“This is my go-to Target the staff in Starbucks is amazing from the service desk to the cashier to produce is always maintained when it comes to fresh products. But one thing that I won’t give it 5 stars is Electronic Associates I always have to buy my electronics from another Target since they are always rude both of the guys that work the big guy and the other guy with long hair, is like I bother them if I need help, I try to give them another shot today but again they did they same thing. Take a look at the cameras and you will see me going back and forth trying to get there attention and neither one of them acknowledge me.”
“My first time shopping at Dillard’s and it was the most exciting and relaxing and refreshing experience thanks to Lily in the Women’s section. This young lady has the eye for style. She’s patient and so caring. I told her the event I was going to and the look I was trying to have and she just took off. I can’t wait to wear my outfit this evening. “I was willing to leave a 1☆ based off my experience today with an employee until i spoke with a manager (Micah) whom I have had the pleasure of seeing and helping me when she was in the online order dept..she has always been nice e and informative. So, when she told me who she was I knew that my voice wouldn't go unheard.
I am not trying to have anyone loose their jobs I just think coaching and customer perception should be at the forefront with this employee..
It was a very bad experience considering I work in customer service and has been a manager for over 25 yrs I know what should be expected..we should always give benefits for any product we introduce to our customer and when someone say no it means just that..it comes off as being aggressive and "I need to meet my goal'...
I gave a five ☆ because I always find good deals and the younglady African American)that's in backstage is alwayz nice and smiling

“Usually not very busy till mid-afternoon..the employees are helpful and very nice. Like most grocery stores they have more self checkout lanes than those that have cashiers to check you out and bag your groceries. If you need to run inside and get a few items, this is a good place to go.One draw-back is that if you need an item like finger nail clippers; they are locked up, trying to locate the person who has keys is almost impossible. Best thing is to go up to the customer service area and have them call for a manger, most of them have the keys or at least know who has them, that will make your trip faster.”

“Luckily, I came in as everyone was on their way out, but the two cashiers/employees probably got all the Patrons processed efficiently as I was making my rounds. The two cashiers / employees were courteous to each other while I was there. I had no problem finding the items I went in for, AND I appreciated ALL items shelved and not sitting in the isles like at other Dollar Generals I have recently been to.”
“Warm welcome upon entry to store. I know I waited until the last minute to find a Christmas bag (lunch type) which I did not find, and thats okay, because I did find a nice Sale priced shirt. The cashier was nice and informative about refund and/or exchange without me having to ask.”
