I love this place for my kids it’s helping them on their workout routine and it motivates them on waking up everyday to go to there training.

My 9 year old son joined in February. Their program alongside the coaches has created a dramatic positive change in him. He has improved his self esteem, self confidence, and his physical abilities. Participating in D1 has surpassed my expectations.

My son has been doing D1 for less than 2 months and his agility and speed has increased tremendously. Great trainers and great facility for all ages!!
