It was 2:30 am when I decided to go here at circle k to get some quick snacks but when I arrived it was closed it was not 24 hrs open

Whoever owns this location needs to be made aware that his employee is locking the door during open business hours, waiving customers off that need to get gas or other things. All while sitting in his chair, smoking his vape. He was also using multiple curse words towards customers.
