Charged me $6 to remove tiny stain of coffee from shirt and when I picked up the shirt got home and it still has same stain went back and supposedly they rewashed it ,and again when I got home the stain was still there , and then never bother to tell me that .so I won’t be back

I put one star because I had to pick one in order to write my comment otherwise I would pick zero stars. Originally I put in a good review for this place, but I have to take it back because I left a $200 two piece jacket dress with this place and they somehow lost the dress and will not take the responsibility for it, so therefore I will not be using this particular location again. Beware make sure you check your ticket before leaving your items with them for the amount of pieces you're leaving especially with the Asian woman because when there are a lot of people in line dropping off she doesn't really keep up with your clothes properly she just throwing everybody clothing into a pile onto the floor and later I guess she try to go back and try to separate them but fail to remember what goes with what ? BEWARE

I brought in 10 prices of clothing to be dry cleaned that i had purchased second hand on Thursday November 13th the items were promised next day after 3pm, when i arrived to pick up,the clothes had only been pressed!!!! Not washed/cleaned at all! When i complained an older Korean women insisted that she had washed them I proceeded to point out stains and the scent of a floral perfume that was in the fabrics and she once again insisted that she had washed them! there is still a tag on one of the items that would have surely come off during washing and it wasn't even faded or look as if it had been wet! I do not recommend this place !!!!when I asked to speak to someone else due to the lack of communication she can hardly speak English, she stated that it was only her and the other person was in korea! I was refused a refund! Luckily I paid by credit card so I will be contacting my credit card company to further assist me in this situation! once again I do not recommend this place for business due to the fact they said one thing and basically did nothing! just my experience hopefully you will have a better experience with them.

Hey everybody just wanna let you know about a really good cleaners if you need this kind of work done they specialize in comforters leather suede wedding gowns and they do alterations here, they’re fast, they’re very efficient and they’re very good. It’s in a little strip center off of Galloway in Americano way it’s called Elks Plaza. The lady up front is Maria and she is so nice and helpful and she will take care of whatever it is you need help with. They are extremely competitive and fair for their pricing and they’re really good at what they do, whether you like heavy starch, lite starch or no starch whatever it is these people do it and they get the turnaround done very promptly there’s all kinds of cleaners all over the place but I highly recommend over here in the Mesquite area Comet cleaners off of Galloway and Americana way. Bring it here check them out you’ll be glad you did. Y’all have a good day, and be safe out there.

I called a different comet cleaner and told me this location will accept any clothes and will start on Saturday morning and will be ready to be picked up at 3 now I get here and they told me it’ll be ready to be picked up on Monday morning
