I went to Clay Cooley Hyundai of Mesquite because my homegirl recommended them as she just bought a car the previous month here! Someone totaled my last car and I did not want a rental where I would wait to be reimbursed! The day she told me is the same day I went to the dealership-last Wednesday 9/25. From the moment I entered, I was treated like a human and not a # or the next sale or “just a woman dealing with a car salesman” IYKYK exactly what I mean!! Tariq was my sales representative and he was welcoming, thoughtful and engaging. He heard exactly what I wanted and presented me with what I asked for & I left that day with my new whip!!! A slightly pre-owned Kia Soul. Kiandre (that’s what I call my Black on Black car) is a dream and was there just for me. He was the first and the only car Tariq needed to show me. After a nice test drive, I was very interested. I still did my negotiating for the down and payments I desired. I am a lady and a businesswoman ? after all. His manager, Greg, came out near the end and we got the terms of even better than I requested. As a proud owner of a 2021 automatic Kia Soul (barely 20,000 miles) which is an upgrade from my 2006 Toyota Corolla, I am still reeling over all the new features I get to enjoy!!! It feels good knowing I have a beautiful new ride on my terms! I am happy to recommend this dealership to my own friends and family. The whole team is the real deal! ? They are solving problems, helping dreams come true, and answering prayers at the Clay Cooley Hyundai of Mesquite.

Loved the way the sales lady (Karen Hernandez) helped thru the process of purchasing my wife’s new Palisade, we’ve purchased a lot of vehicles from different dealerships but this time the sale went so smooth me and my wife will most definitely recommend her and the dealership to all of our friends and relatives .Thank Y’all so much!!

I bought a Hyundai palisade from this dealership. They said they would price match what I got from a dealership that was 6 hours away. After we finalized the deal, when it came down to the paperwork, I got the worst customer service. They treated me as if they were doing me a favour in giving me a vehicle. It’s a bad way to treat a customer once he agreed to buy the vehicle, that they decided that they cannt make anymore money from you, so they treat you bad. They don’t care about the relationship that the customer would have with their dealership.
its been few years I bought a car from dealership, they didn’t care about cleaning the vehicle and explaining all the features. To a customer who is buying a Hyundai for the first time and their interaction with the customer represents the brand name. They didn’t wash the car properly to make it look like it’s a brand new car. When Iasked them to clean engine bag as it had collected dust after being outdoor, they asked me to come the next day.
they Aldo added a GPS tracker from Elo gps. Make sure you get it removed before you roll out from the dealership
i had to go back for the service, have Ben postponing it since I bought it because of the experience I had the last time at the dealership.
it was no diffrent, they sold me a vehicle with a open recall and when I asked about it, they were giving me lie after lie. Even though I told them I have read all the NHTSA bulletins and TSB.
If they can lie to someone who has done their research, think what they will do with people who don’t do their research or folks who don’t know about the industry.
All they had to do was apologize for what they did, but the GM Armando lies, and has this attitude as if he owns the dealership. He is just an employee and his job is customer service.
but he think he can lie and talk and people will believe him. I don’t like people who lie and who don’t treat customers like customers. I don’t blame him it’s his ignorance and lack of knowledge, but he should not be at a dealership, he would be a good snake oil salesman.
i didn’t know that I could have done the free service at any dealer. But I’m done with this dealership and going to find some other place where I’m treated like a customer or atleast like a fellow human, where they are honest and true.

I personally think they don’t think they have earned a single star and don’t deserve good reviews from their car shoppers. From the time I arrived till the time I left me and my brother felt disregarded and unattended to for several hours only for me to get 100% approval as well as sign documents and pay for the vehicle I did NOT initially come for also being tricked to put $1000 on my down payment and get keys in my hand for one racial guy to have the final sign off then tell me after accepting my method of payment (and filing it) that they don’t want to accept my payment thustfar leaving me to walk off their parking lot down the side of the freeway at night without the vehicle I got approved and payed for…. THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL AND CONSUMERS SHOULD GO TO ANOTHER HYUNDAI DEALER!!!!!!
