I have three children who attended this location for about 3 years they started off as Grade school and pre k ages during that time they had three different directors despite the changes the center was able to maintain consistency. I could pick them up homework was completed which was a big help. my children were able to build a bond with their teachers and other staff. The front office was always good about communicating in a timely manner if there was an incident or emergency or simply keeping you updated on changes and events. The summer camp kept my children busy during summers that we didn’t travel for an affordable price. We love the Childtime of Mesquite center sadly we relocated and they no longer attend however I would highly recommend

if i could give the establishment 0 stars i would. they call you 500000x a day for petty things your child has done that should/could be handled by staff. the staff is also not equipped or professional and very rude. overall, if you need a place to feel comfortable to take your children, this is not one.

Great daycare ! The staff are so friendly and supportive, every time I come to drop off or pick up my son the energy and environment reminds me of how I made the right choice choosing this daycare . The director Mrs. Rebecca is awesome and does her job well communicating unlike any other daycare I have been to .

My experience at childtime was one of the best! The director there is very sweet and makes sure kids are provided a safe but also fun learning environment. They are all very welcoming and makes your experience so much smooth if its your first.

My autistic daughter has been going to childtime since 2019 she was 3 she is now going on 8. As a first time mom with a special needs child I couldn't fathom the thought of leaving my child In the first place and cried my eyes out. This was not a place specialized in kids with special needs and I couldn't afford anything at the time. But I put my faith in the people there from ms larie, chasity, Rebecca, and larryce. I know caring for an autistic child can be hard with her meltdowns but every since time they never miss a beat. Since she's been going there ms Rebecca has ensured my baby is cared for and took that place over and made it better. My daughter gets dropped off on the special needs bus everyday for 5 years theve never skipped a beat. When I needed help with payments they were there. My mom being a daycare worker I understand that the kids now days are disrespectful and have behaviors issues that parents ask these underpaid and stressed out people to take care of. BUT IT IS NOT THEIR JOB TO HANDLE THE PARENTS AND HOW YALL RAISE YALLS KIDS. Give these girls MORE money, cause I couldn't do this job if my life depended on it. I LOVE THIS DAYCARE.!!! And the workers who take care of my special girl.

I have three children at Childtime, that have all been there for over 5 yrs now. The staff has not always been the same, but they have always been well managed, in my opinion. My experiences and concerns have always been handled reasonably and professionally. My children love their teachers, and I've never had to worry about their safety.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have two kids and they both ended up in the hospital before we called it quits due to their negligence. They fed my 6 month old baby Cheetos (like Chester Cheetos puffs) and their excuse was that their cook was having to sub in the classroom and didn’t think they would be a chocking hazard. They provide free meals for the infants but my daughter was on a restricted diet plan and I paid/provided her own food for them to feed along with an allergy form stating she can only eat the food provided by me due to ALLERGIES. (The cook of all people should know which kids have food allergies) She proceeded to tell me “it was an accident and she didn’t know because she doesn’t have kids of her own” which was a terrible excuse that came from the mouth of the assistant director. Not once did they apologize to me or granted show any type of remorse. My daughter suffered the consequences of their negligence and her bottom blistered so bad that it burned her skin. Not even 2 days after this incident the director Rebecca’s son attacked my son when they got off the bus. He was yelling at him “your mom is stupid” and hit him upside the head with a full can of sprite. I received a phone call from the school stating that my son was upset crying because someone told him in the bus “your mom is stupid”. (No mention of the assault from the directors son) my response was that he’ll be fine and I’ll talk to him when I get there because he knows his mom is not stupid so no big deal. Once I got there we were leaving out the front door and I noticed a gash on the back of his head where skin was missing he had dry blood and it was swollen and bruising. I asked him what happened and he immediately told me the whole story. He said he told them but they wouldn’t listen to him! I immediately went right back into that school and kept my cool without yelling or cursing but demanded answers and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM PLAYED STUPID. I got ahold of the executive director who reviewed camera footage.. needles to say we were only enrolled at that center for roughly 3 months and they paid me every single penny I spent BACK due to their idiotic mistakes. I contacted child care licensing and they served them a hefty amount of fines due this incident and other thing’s wrong unaffiliated with the two events that happened with my children. You can find record of everything on the childcare licensing website.Do Not Send Your Children Here.

Not organized, and honestly not sure if it was because I’m Hispanic that the day I toured the facility I was told there was a waiting list with 5 waiting and then get a call 2 days later asking if I wanted to tour the facility and then told there was only 1 child on the waiting list… yea no. Speaks volume. Also when I toured the facility it smelled bad and I felt so bad for the babies there, made me change my mind in looking for a daycare for my child.

My child has been enrolled at Childtime since January of 2022 I have nothing but pleasant things to say about the Director, ms Rebecca ,Larryce ,Chasity..the entire staff & teachers that I see on a daily basis. Everyone is very friendly, and quick to answer any questions I may have and help me with whatever I need.. I never worry about my baby while she is at daycare, because I know they are providing a safe, fun, and educational environment for mines and the other children that attend childtime I would definitely recommend this child care provider to any of my family and friends. We truly appreciate yall❤️❤️

To the previous parent (Kanni Bug) I am glad I was able to save your child and the other child from being hit. I was checking out my kids when I heard the door open and noticed both kids running out (mother instinct kicked in) I ran out after them while they both took off on the side walk and towards the street. When my kids came out they noticed I was out after both kids and teachers came out. Your child should have not been expelled but everything works out I am glad your found another day care!

My son has been going to this daycare since he’s was 7/8 months. Never really had any issues except for marks on his face but the staff always took my concerns very seriously. This specific center can never keep staff long , The director Mrs. Rebecca is awesome and does her job well it’s just now the kids are not being watched properly and the new staff they have doesn’t have patience. I’ve walked in and the staff mostly young girls are yelling at the kids. I’ve looked through the windows and noticed my son being yelled at because he was sleepy so he was following around the teacher and she got annoyed. My son knows how to open doors like other kids and he’s two and he was able to go out the front door twice , almost in the road. Now my child was expelled and that’s okay I was able to find another daycare that have better safety for children who knows how to open doors and they have safer equipment but the fact that my child was able to get out the door twice tells a lot about the company and how they do not watch the children. Also lately I’ve been getting calls about my child having diarrhea when I came to pick him up I’m happy they didn’t change him because it wasn’t diarrhea at all and he was able to stay. I had to be late for work for them not even checking to actually see if he had diarrhea. They are known for calling parents to pick up their child because they don’t want to deal with them. Also , they cannot control the kids , the teachers are always stressed out , they need a full sweep. The director isn’t bad it’s just the people they hire. Please be mindful that my kid and another could have been hit by a vehicle for being able to go out the door( a mother had to tell the teacher they were outside which should tell you a teacher didn’t even notice they were gone ) , they need to place a door knob higher for safety assurance.

My kids have been going there for 2yrs now Ms. Patricia is awesome, she cares, she’s overall amazing!!! Ms. Keisha who’s a two year old teacher is awesome as well. I can’t forget the Assistant Director Ms. Chasity, whenever you asked her to do something or with help she’d come, even if she was in the middle of doing something, she’s awesome as well. I Previously worked there didn’t really care for the student teacher ratio, but unfortunately the staff doesn’t make the rules. I believe the problem I had the most there was how people pretended to care when in reality if your heart’s not in it you shouldn’t be there. I love my babies so much and I will miss them, but I struggled a bit in my classroom I worked there for 9 months and in 4 months I had had 4 different co teachers, like how can you get a routine when every few weeks there’s someone different, but I guess some thing’s aren’t for me to understand. I walked out on the job and that’s not like me at all I had 12 kids 18 to 24 months to myself after my co teacher went to lunch. It was so overwhelming because how can I give the quality care that’s required of me? I’ve never understood that. As I walked out I waved bye to the director and she didn’t know if she wanted to wave back or not, either way was fine with me, cause we’re all adults. I talked to the director two weeks ago telling her that I wanted to put in my two weeks notice because I needed help, I have no problem with asking for help when needed, especially when someone else’s children are under my care and supervision. She made several different statements as far as a change in position, moving me to a different room, and getting me some help, but anyway I was like ok let’s see how it goes with my new co teacher, I know working in childcare is not easy so I’m giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately I think that everyone needs more training including myself when I was there, and management isn’t excluded. Ms. Patricia is the only one who’s not lacking any knowledge when it comes to childcare. I know she will manifest?? As far as management it’s too many chiefs and not enough Indians. I’m only a teacher and I can tell you what parent hasn’t made their payment, & I have absolutely nothing to do with that whatsoever. I pray that everyone there gets things together & I know they will, with more training. My kids are still enrolled and still be attending because they have really great Teachers I also have two daughters in the school age class and Ms. Taylor goes above and beyond normally as I’m walking out my daughter is getting off the daycare bus and everyday she has to go tell Ms. Taylor bye, that alone speaks volumes. Thanks to Ms. Rhonda who is no longer there for giving me the opportunity to work within the company, thanks to Rebecca for giving me the opportunity as well it was an experience that I enjoyed, but I must take care of me and my family first.
