Service was really great! The gentleman that assisted me was beyond helpful, even I wasn’t able to figure out at the moment and the app might be a network issue, he even called me later in the day to update me on app correction!

Was inline for 10 min and then the customer in front of me decides he needs a cashiers check and only one teller this is ridiculous just make all machines if that’s the case and might as well take all my accounts out of chase ..

If I could give this bank 0 stars and a middle finger I would!!!! WORSE BANK I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED, I’m 18 years solid to Bank of America now I’m glad when I opened this account I didn’t close my other one because this bank makes me miserable!!!!

Deposited cash into one of their ATMS just for it to send an error message and not post my cash deposit. So their ATM ate my cash, and now i have to wait on their claims department to credit the deposit to my account.

Today is April 11 2023 11:01am. I came to this bank too make a deposit and was denied service, because I couldn't fill out a deposit slip. I've never had any problems till today . I feel very unappreciated after being a customer for years and the lady was very rude and nasty I didn't get her name.

The slowest bank ever. There was only one person and I waited a hour in line just to deposit money orders. Deposit slips already signed.

This Chase location has Safe Deposit Boxes, which is rare these days at most banks. Nice location and seems pretty busy on the weekends. Service is nice too. They have a couple of self service kiosks in the lobby to perform your banking transactions on your own with the debit card. Overall, we make the drive to this location because of the safe deposit boxes‼️
