Horrible customer service. Don’t offer to help you or give you any information. Requested a meeting and they didn’t even offer to give me any information before coming in. I’m taking my business to the Chase Bank on Cartwright and Pioneer. Lily Gomez was SO HELPFUL there. Gave me pointers and information before I even set my appointment so that I could be prepared for our meeting. She even answers her phone ! Forget Town East location.

This bank definitely has inside business going on. My father was also followed from this bank after taking money out. How else would anyone but the bank tellers know how much money was taken out when no one else was around. I can tell from other reviews he’s not the only one this has been happening to. Chase, please expect legal action to be taken.

They closed my account because I argued with them, because they couldn’t give me the money I needed on the spot. Very childish move and the workers are the worst

I was followed from this bank location and robbed. There are no exterior cameras here, so they cannot help the police. I reported to the manager and she said “it has been happening a lot”. I also never heard back from Chase regarding any of this after I made my report.

You could take a lesson from the bedford branch on central at harwood. They always had enough tellers inside at the countersand at least 2-3 at the drive thru windows. And they always used to ask me as a drive thru customer if my dogs would like a biscuit if I had them with me. This branch could learn something from the Bedford branch.

Absolutely hate this bank, won’t even sell you a money order without an account. Don’t even offer to open an account, I dealt with two terribly unprofessional tellers. Chase bank will never have my business.

Why I even come here is a mystery! These ATM machines are pathetic and have been for MONTHS! If they're not completely down, then they don't do this or they don't do that. There are better locations, and better bank maintenance efforts.

This Bank does NOT KNO ANYTHING ABOUT A NON PROFIT.They continued to ask me was I S or C corporation and that I had to choose but if they only knew the non profit tab was under C corporation.They Rude impatient and the bathroom was OUT OF ORDER..So I had to hold myself for 45 mins and Come to find Out the Bathroom Was NEVER OUT OF ORDER..ISMAEL MORALES was just being MEAN .. I'm taking All my mone out.I have 3 accounts
