I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about - I had the most wonderful experience, even addressing a difficult situation. The team here is great!

They closed my account because I argued with them, because they couldn’t give me the money I needed on the spot. Very childish move and the workers are the worst

I was followed from this bank location and robbed. There are no exterior cameras here, so they cannot help the police. I reported to the manager and she said “it has been happening a lot”. I also never heard back from Chase regarding any of this after I made my report.
