I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable shopping for shoes in my life. The young women working near the kids section on the afternoon of 9/17/23 were giving me dirty looks the entire time I tried on shoes. I was NOTHING but kind to them the entire time. When they didn’t have my size in the pair I wanted they were incredibly rude about that as well. My background being a store manager in retail prompted me to let the store know that their customer service was awful. I went next door to Foot Locker and made my purchase seamlessly.

If you go to “photo” section of looking up town east mall champs , you’ll see a broad daylight shoes being backdoor from there. Current employee, reed (however you spell his name, white male with a beard, backdoor a pair of “Jordan 4 Lightning “ and some other pairs hard to distinguished. The pairs were released about 2-3 weeks ago but were said to be sold out. Apparently not. I assume you have pay on top just to get a pair of shoes ? Definitely needs to be investigated. Thank you

Sydney ..dear Sydney you are the worst. You made me go in the back to find the shoes I ASKED YOU TO get. I’m sorry if i mistakenly thought that if I ask a worker to find something for me AND PAY with MY money. That’s not all folks, she then started to yell at her poor coworker . I just told her “nvm” and left because i couldn’t stand watching any longer
