Installer were great, they did a wonderful job. Professional and fast. Office staff on the other hand, unprofessional, argumentative, customers don't have a say, she refused to tell me how much carpet I was paying for, and don't listen well. I'm not really sure why I did business with them. Won't do it again. They seem to always be on the defensive. My carpet is not the same as the sample I gave them but they insisted it is. She can't see the difference, clearly there is a difference but she doesn't want to see it. Oh it's like pulling teeth. Dry and brash. Oh I dislike people who can't accept when they are wrong.

I was impressed with how easy it was to make a really nice choice of flooring. And Jacob and his crew were so conscentious with the installation of the wood look planks over my whole first floor of my home. Well done and quickly too .

Brenda (in the Sales Office) was VERY helpful and patient with me while picking out flooring. The installation process was great. They have their own installers (not sub-contractors) who were very professional and nice. They cleaned up everything and put back all the furniture exactly where it came from. I would highly recommend Carpet Outlets of Texas!!!!!

Fantastic service from the moment I walked in their door and through the entire process of buying and then laying the carpet. I love the small business feel and they really cared that I got exactly what I was looking for. Much much better than the big name stores for sure. Great communication and fantastic people to work with. The guys that put the carpet in were so careful and cleaned up after themselves so well. I couldn't be more pleased!

Fantastic Service from the moment my wife and I walked into the showroom. Brenda immediately assisted us with our carpet needs. We took carpet samples home and a few days later they showed up to measure the rooms. hours after measuring the rooms they provided us with a quote. We were amazed at how reasonable the price was. We accepted the quote and in less than two weeks our carpet was installed. The installers were excellent and on time. The installers moved all the large furniture out of the rooms and placed the furniture back in the rooms when the new carpet was installed without damaging the furniture and the walls. The entire experience was fantastic. It has been a long long time which we made a purchase and the company did exactly what they said they were going to do. We replaced carpet and the pad in 4 bedrooms, 1 flex family room and a Hallway. The installers took less than 5hrs removing the old carpet, cleaning the foundation (Was amazed of all of the debris that our builders did not clean up before they installed the original carpet)and installing the new carpet. We have already recommended Carpet Outlets of Texas to our Neighbors. We greatly appreciate this type of customer service and will be back for our other flooring needs. The installers arrived as stated, their work was very proffesional and quick. They completed the work in about 6 hours and they cleaned up before they left. EXCELLENT!!!

I love the customer service at this company. This was my 2nd time replacing flooring due to a slab leak. Brenda Taylor was the company representative I worked with both times & she was extremely helpful & accommodating. I was also lucky enough to get the same installer for both installs .Can't remember his name but he did an excellent job both times moving & replacing furniture and leaving the house looking great. Highly recommend this company if you need any flooring.

This place is top notch. They were very friendly, easy to work with and accommodating. They personally brought samples to my house twice. I received regular updates on the status of my order and they made me feel important.The installers were amazing: fast, clean, friendly and the install was practically flawless. There was one issue with a tile transition that wasn’t their fault and they came back promptly and replaced it. I highly recommend them, especially if you are looking for personalized service.

We have used Carpet Outlets of Texas on several occasions and have found the company to be absolutely professional, honest and knowledgeable. Their inventory is massive with any flooring need you are looking for. The personnel, both inside the office and sales, were helpful and excellent at their job. I was completely satisfied with the process.I would like to commend the installers that did the work laying my wood floors. I cannot give a better review as their work was excellent. They were professional, courteous and hard working. When their work was completed they left everything clean, vacuumed and all the furniture was back in place. I would like to compliment them on a job well done!I would definitely recommend Carpet Outlets of Texas to anyone looking for a competent flooring company with excellent installers.
