I've tried several car wash services in the area and Caliber is by far the best! From the people who work here to the machines. Everything works every time. I have the unlimited plan and it's WORTH it! Thanks staff for always making it a great experience.

Misty and Jennifer , made my very 1st visit so much of a terrific experience , that NOT ONLY , will I ONLY get my automobile washed here , I will do my best to relate this to my friends , my family members , and anyone else ! On a side thought ..... Knowing full well that company attitudes , performance , and over - all dedication to a total customer satisfaction level being of the highest standards compared to competitive businesses of the same type are ALWAYS a result / reflection that it comes from the TOP and conditions all the staff to act accordingly is rare these times we all live in.....and , this , I needed you to be aware that I , personally, REALLY DO APPRECIATE IT ! In closing ....... these 2 ladies / employees , are obviously deserved of a hike in salary as they both " took ownership" of your highly efficient facility , and I believe they are going to increase the amount ofrevenue that it generates by a massive amount ! Attentive, helpful employees. Great car wash. The amenities are a major plus. Clean towels, cleaning and window sprays, car fresheners. There are vacuum hoses on both sides of car and available for each car space. When I was there the Manager retrieved car keys for one customer and jumped a dead battery for another. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, Caleb was extremely helpful and provided us with dash wipes and air fresheners when i took membership. Would definitely come back again. Recently i washed two of my cars, and one car got a scratch on the windshield and the scratch is permanent now and there are multiple scratches on my other car body which is permanent and took the paint off my vehicles. I am very disappointed , i would never try this automatic car wash again.Services: Polishing

Kaleb and Diego were very helpful as they dropped off some free perks for being a member while I was getting ready to vacuum my car. They were very courteous and asked if I needed anything else while I was there. Highly recommend this location to clean your car at!Services: Vacuuming

Caliber Car Wash has all the supplies you need. The monthly price is affordable. The towels are always stocked and the wash is great. I have two toddlers and my car can get very messy and what I love about the Mesquite Caliber Car Wash is that the vacuums work great! The staff is super friendly and Ashley is great!

I had the best customer service today at Caliber Car Wash. A nice, young man named Chris went above and beyond to help me with my payment. He was so pleasant and willing to help me with such a positive attitude. So refreshing.

I like this car wash because it's easy and convenient location for me. Today Jessica and Brandon stopped by my car while I was vacuuming just to check on me and make sure my car got cleaned and I didn't have any issues... Talk about Good Customer Service! Also the guy who helped me sign up today was really friendly Thanks Caliber Car wash!

Love having a membership here! Complimentary clean towels for wipe down are always stocked, the member treats are such a perk, and cleaning sprays always come in handy so I don’t have to bring me own. Definitely worth the monthly investment. Keep it up caliber! 10/10

I have gone to this business for over a decade. It always had employees who were professional with excellent customer service. It has changed ownership and now has sub standard service. There were numerous employees just standing around despite many customers waiting. I saw my car was finished but they kept it in the bay. I let 15 minutes go by and a very aggressive and non professional employee told me to go back and sit down. I never get upset with customer service employees but this experience was so different from what I was used to that it upset me. They lost a long time customer today.
