Great place for all "western wear"! Although a lot of items are more then at Cavenders, alot is cheaper also. But the selection is bar none.

I purchased a pair of Rock & Roll Denim jeans back in 23 and found out one leg was larger than the other. I took them back to Boot Barn to exchange. I didn't have my receipt, but Boot Barn looked it up by my phone number and gave me a refund without any hassle. It was well beyond the return window. The people had great customer service, and that's the great thing about it. This is why I spend money at Boot Barn...

This is a great store with lots of selections. Very friendly atmosphere and great customer service. This was my visit on Friday. I made 3 purchases and went back on Saturday and made 3 more purchases. I will be back, lots of things I want to get.

Very sleazy hat shaper, he tells customers the price to reshape a hat is 20 per hat. I asked the cashier what he charges and they told me he is only supposed to accept tips

I was hanging out with my cousin while she looked for an outfit for an event. This was my first time visiting this type of store. I was pleasantly surprised. ? Not by the staff, because no one acknowledged us, but by the clothes. There were a few pieces that caught my eye, but I couldn't imagine spending so much. It is a bit pricey! I always seem to gravitate to the most expensive items. If you're into country and western attire this is your place. You can also find some unique pieces here.
